Health - Depression After DXM Use?

Hey guys. I am new to this place, but I found all your topics to be interesting, as I have gotten highly interested in the use of DXM and other mind altering drugs.

Here's a quote from a friend who actually uses drugs:

My question is about DXM. I have experienced the Robo Trip 3 times..each time downing two 4 oz bottles of Robotussin. They have all been great experiences...except the last time it didnt affect me as much, maybe its time I UP my dose BUT ANYWAY..EVERY time, like the day or next day after robotripping, I get really depressed. Especially with my boyfriend..I get paranoid too. As a child I was often depressed because of my parents divorce and other problems....but I wouldnt think that the Robo would trigger those feelings again..but thats what it seems. I just feel so bummed...and that nothings going the way that it should..I get jealous of my boyfriend and other girls that he talks about, and I think of breakinbg up with him...and I am just so incredibly unhappy. But I usually only feel like this for a day or two. I was just wondering if anyone else experiences this...and if it is supposed to happen.
