DMT and Depression

A google on the above search terms turned up this interesting tidbit.

... a pdf containing some interesting theories on N,N-dimethyltryptamine. Could it be that a single substance helps alleviate depression in small doses and then opens up pathways to creativity and spirituality with higher doses? Anecdotally, SWIM would say yes.
