green oxycontins...HELP!

Swim has a football-shaped green 80 mg oxycontin with "33" on one side and "93" on the other.

He has been taking quarters of this pill frequently and been feeling good. SWIM, however, does have a question about the bioavailability when snorting this footbaill-shaped oxy. How is it? does anyone know if the bioavailability is good when snorting it? please help. thanks!

it is not an oxycontin, it seems to be a generic oxycodone.

You are wrong.

It IS an 80mg oxycontin made by TEVA. If crushed it WILL gel up and be very hard to inject or snort.

SWIM swears by brands over any generic, get one and you'll see why.

The bioavailability with the generics SWIY describes are the same as the bioavailibility for all oxycodone, which can be found in one of the sticky threads in the opioids forum. However, the pills that SWIY describes have a tendency to gel up when exposed to water (or mucus). SWIM finds that the football pills do not seem to work as well when snorted due to this. Just take them orally, the bioavailability of oral oxycodone is really good, up to 80%.

Be careful about taking those pills too frequently, though. Addiction to oxycontin is a nightmare.
