Just because it doesn't happen on your timescale doesn't mean it won't dissolve, one just has to let nature run its course ...or expediate the process to their timescale. i.e. shake or stir it.

SWIM has 2 capsules filled with what was told to be 2C-E, 250mg inside each, whats the filler/other stuff inside these capsules? Looks like white powder, just like 2C-E does in pictures, SWIM was told that a heavy dose was 1000mg, tho the average dose seems to be 10-15mg, so this leads SWIM to belive theres other stuff inside. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

a heavy dose is 1000mg (1g)....maybe i misread that but a heavy dose of 2c-e would be 25mg

Yes thats about right, this was why SWIM was wondering what the rest of the powder in the capsule was. Maybe the manufacturer/distributor added something to bulk up the appearance, so people would think they are getting their moneys worth, instead of having a small amount in a large capsule.

SWIM better weigh it out carefully on a very accurate scale and start low @6-8mg. It could very well be pure 2-CE. And assuming it's cut is a very dangerous way to prove a SWIM is treading water with Darwin.

SWIM has a mg scale that only is off by 2mg at 20mg counterweight. Capsule weighs 300mg, SWIM is thinking of just eating half of it then wait 2-3 hours and eat the other half if no effects are noticed. SWIM was just wondering if there was any other substances that are known to be mixed with 2C-E, like perhaps MDA or something.

If SWIM eats something that even could be 150mg of 2-CE, get a shovel first. Dig a hole 6' x 6' by 2' across. Have SWIM lay down in hole.

actually panthers, swim knew a kid who found some 2c-e over the web and thought he was trip god and took 200mg and lived to tell the tale. his head was foggy for a week but after that he was okay.

DISCLAIMER: don"t prove that kid right or wrong, stupid choices lead to bad times and with these chemicals, possibly death. stay smart, stay aware and for god sakes, research EVERYTHING that comes into swiys body and weigh it accurately.

In extreme cases where between seventy-five and one hundred milligrams of 2C-E were ingested, the duration of effects has exceeded twenty-four hours, with plateaus exceeding ten hours in length and an onset of effects within the first five minutes after the ingestion of the drug. A few users of very high doses have reported "never feeling the same again" after having used this drug.

Thats quite a long trip duration...

lord excelsior once foolishly took a bit too much (about 25mg of 2c-i and another 20mg of 2c-e a while later) and was having definite visual and audio effects for about 14 hours. he was wishing for the end by hour 12 (it was 8am and he wanted to get some sleep). while the peak was great, lord excelsior did not like the duration or the come down and would advise against such doses. to this day, he wonders if he recklessly damaged his precious noggin. maybe not, but it's not worth repeating the experiment to find out.

Swim remembers first seeing 2c-e in either 92 or 93.
If Swim's memory serves (dangerous assumption) this is the one lab rats named "Fantasia" . A heavy body load felt by all labrats. General consensus of labrats was this was not a substance that would make a good street drug.
Swim has never seen 2c-e in anything but powdered form though remembers another labrat swearing that they had run across a press tab (supposedly another substance) that seemed to contain it. (this was in the past 2 years)
