Concerta first timer?

hello my friend's brother has ADHD and i noticed he is taking Concerta. has anyone ever had experience with concerta? how was it? also its 54mg, what would be the effects of just swallowing one?

Swim do not have any suggestions on how taking concerta.
About 2 years ago swim tried a similar product called ritalina sr.
Swim crushed the tabs and snorting it. Somewhat similar to a speed rush.

Concerta is devoid of any recreational potential in swims opinion. As recently as last night swim disected a 54mg pill to get to the part containing the MP. swim tried to snort this and ended up with nothing more then a sticky nose. Try to get the 10mg generic IR's. Those are worth it.

If SWIY is forced to only use concerta, he might want to just crash it up and parachute it. It is made so people like us couldd not abuse it, all those fillers make it virtuallly impossible to snort. Of course SWIY could dissolve the pill and evaporate he contents and snort it (this method has been mentioned in another thread just to tell you).

SWIY should just take the pill WHOLE. Do not crush. If SWIY has never taken methylphenidate before, then SWIY will have a lovely time. 54mg of time released methylphenidate (ritalin, concerta) is a strong dose for someone who has never taken it before.

SWIM takes 20 mgs/day and after taking it for 5 months, SWIM still finds 20mg incredible, satisfying, and euphoric.

SWIM does not recommend snorting the pill. SWIM likes the oral effects of the pill much better and it lasts a lot longer (some other people for sure will argue this point).

Oh yes, stupid SWIdr, he missed reading the dosage on the pill, yes SWIscience is right on that. If SWIY takes the whole pill at once (un-crushed) he will experience a ritalyn high pretty much the whole day, because the concerta releases the methylemphenidate 3 times evenly throughout the day. Of course it wont feel like SWIY snorted the pill, but it will definatly get you a prty good high!

Swim took two 54g pills, and he had never done any illegal drugs before. That was an intence and good experience. The effect was more than swim expected and swim recomends taking one for a first timer. Swim would also recomend to not take it when youre tired and exhausted like swim did, because you will not get any sleep before at least 10-15 hours. Swims body got extremely tired.

ok so swim has 4 concerat. Can swim get high by just swallowing them or does he really need to crush them (I looked but there was nothing conclusive), They seem to be rock hard and it seems like it would be hard to crush. Oh I normally take 80 mg of adderoll to have a good time so would swallowing 54 mg of un crushed concerta be any good or would 81 mg be a better idea. Thanks

yeah, swiy can take concerta whole. SWIM believes taht 54mg is the most availiable concerta, but not sure. SWIM takes 36mg regularly for ADD. But SWIM has crushed and snorted it and get a nice high.

so would taking 3 24 mg ones be a real large dose or just a little bit on the high side. Dont want to OD. thanks
