Dihydrocodeine/Crack Speedball?

SWIM has done DHC using a CWE once, and codeine via CWE once aswell. Would there be any risks (apart from the obvious speedbally opiatey risks) in doing a DHC dose and then smoking a rock when it kicks in? Any posisble complications SWIM should know about?

Should SWIM use a smaller dose of DHC than he would otherwise?

Swia swim would advise on starting with a low dose of DHC if one intends to use crack afterwards. Just be aware that the DHC reduce your breathing and reperatory rate while the crack will increase the rate, so if your unsure then start of small and then swia can always increase to get the required effect.

SWIM once IVed an OC80 then hit the pipe. the crack immediately negated the effects of the oxy and SWIM was really bummed about that.

What do you mean by "be aware that...", I was aware that that was the case, what's the conclusion? What's the point of being aware of it? What's the answer?

This combination might not kill you if done once, although its not great for the heart. The problem arises when you enjoy the combo too much. Keep doing it, and it might kill you.
