Health - Should I be worried? Strange Cocaine Feelings

Swim did quite a bit of coke over the period of about midnight last night to 7 this morning. Somewhere around 1.4 or 1.5 grams, give or take (it wouldnt be more than that, if anything it'd be a little less).

She started feeling really, really shitty about 15 minutes after the last bump. Not shitty like when you crash but more like a slightly odd heartbeat, finding it a little harder to breathe, upset stomach, and just a general sense of something being wrong. She took 2 xanax because she was starting to freak out a little (she has a history of panic attacks) and that calmed her down a lot, and her heartbeat is a bit more regular, but it still feels odd. Almost heavy like.

She also thinks she looks a little pale but cant tell for sure. Seems she was more pale before she took the xanax, which makes her suspect she was just bringing a panic attack on herself.

Shes hoping and assuming its something that she can sleep off, and just went a little overboard tonight, but wants to make sure its not something more serious...

...the symptoms described in your post do not seem to be uncommon and there are existing discussions that can be helpful. Worry seems to breed more worry and a vicious circle of anxiety can result, but real issues also exist and one must carefully and calmly analyze the situation in hopes to make rational and correct conclusions and decisions. Danger does lurk...
