SWIM is getting some soon and is unsure as to whether IV is recommended for SWIM's first use in over a year. Now in normal circumstances SWIM would not think this was the case but SWIM has a female friend who is a regular user and thinks that SWIM will be okay with her performing it. Is she right or is it best for SWIM to use other methods such as snorting or smoking?

SWIM might be okay using IV...but then SWIY could get more powerful junk than he is used to, or it could be laced with fentanyl, etc., and end up dead or in an emergency room. If SWIY is going to IV, use LESS than the amount SWIY used to do, since there will not be any tolerance.

Snorting or Smoking is much safter. Smoking is probably the safest since the onset is about as fast as IV, and its easier to titrate the dose. If its too much, simply stop inhaling. With IV, theres no way to return once SWIY has hit the plunger.

SWIM would definitely reccomend smoking if its SWIY's first time in a while.

Just be careful for the addiction factor.

Swim would agree with swif, it would be best to smoke it and that way swiy would have more control of the dosage. If swiy is determined to go down the IV route then only use a small amount to start and make sure all swiy's equipment is clean and don't share as this would lead to some nasty health risks.
