Combinations - MDPV and kratom

SWIM wasn't going to use any MDPV today, but he took 1.5mg via rectal admin just to get it to stop calling out to him. He was on a lowish (~6g commercial powder) dose of kratom at the time, and wanted to report this combination as highly synergistic and very pleasant. Moderate to moderately intense euphoria as the main effect, along with quite a bit of (not-unpleasant) head fog. SWIM did not expect this at all, even though someone else reported their lab monkey's positive reaction to the combo (think it was snapper) in the above linked-to thread.

It's gonna be difficult to resist repeating this combination, the synergy is really something else.

SWIM tried this combination again (moderate dose of MDPV but blood levels unknown, as admin was via periodic/repeated nasal insufflation of small amounts) and another low-ish dose of kratom (~6 grams commercial powder).

Result: Moderately intense euphoria that would require a high dose of kratom alone (with corresponding side effects such as drowsiness, itchiness and potential nausea). MDPV alone generally produces only mild euphoria for SWIM, regardless of dose. Once again, the synergy of these two substances took SWIM by surprise.

Other effects: Slight decrease in heart rate, lessening of occasional palpitations noted before ingesting kratom, slight overall mood boost, slight slowing of cognitive functions or "head fog" (not nearly as much as the first time, for reasons unknown).

It is hard for SWIM to comment on the combo because SWIM has never taken MDPV withOUT kratom. Yes, in SWIMs opinion they combine well, but then again SWIM is a notorious kratom addict (ie - vaccuums the carpet for leaf fragments and smokes them, hangs out around the mailbox looking nervous, follows the mailman begging that he check the truck again - that package must be in there today... don't let this happen to you, kiddies !).
SWIM feels, from the times that SWIM took kratom later after the MDPV kicked in, that like with so many things, it's additive effects are unpredictable. SWIM experienced tachycardia and some anxiety in earlier trials, but this has not happened in a while. Now the kratom smooths out the experience for SWIM, and overall the kratom's effects are both euphoric and somewhat sedating. It definitely shortens the comedown and allows sleep more quickly. SWIM takes the kratom dose split into 1/2 hour doses which is what got rid of the rapid heart and anxiety. SWIM does the same with MDPV dosing.
SWIM has found that the pure alkaloids from kratom, esp 7ACO combine really well with MDPV. One quick parenteral administration of this gives a really nice opiate rush on top of a normal oral leaf dose which drops out pretty fast (1-2hrs).
Overall, kratom combines well with everything, except that it may take some of the stimulant drive out of MDPV at higher doses, hence those who like to stay up for days may find that it cuts the run short.
Higher doses of kratom always give SWIM some head fog, but SWIM feels that MDPV on its own also imparts this property...
SWIM has taken an MDPV vacation for a while so as not to become habituated, but at this point SWIM understands this molecule well. More research will likely yield little new info.

Parenteral? Is SWIY saying he mainlines 7-ho-mitragynine? If so, SWIM is impressed (he means this in a complimentary sense). Even if SWIY just means skin popping, it's so far beyond what most are doing that SWIM is amazed/impressed by this too... very cool.

Anyway, glad to hear SWIY agrees about the combo, although he should perhaps try MDPV without kratom just to learn what kratom actually adds to the experience (not possible if he's dependent of course, but maybe someday).

SWIM's not poking any of those - they do not appear pure. Parenteral is literally outside of the digestive tract, so ingestion my insufflation, smoking or injecting would count (and theoretically rectal - though officially the colon is part of the digestive tract, drugs are being absorbed directly through mucus membranes and not through the small intestine and liver.
SWIM has tried MDPV without kratom, but always kicks in the kratom eventually. SWIM recently went a day without kratom and felt no withdrawals or cravings. SWIM will be stopping soon but wants a good run of time off so that SWIM does not get irritable at work...

Off-topic, but what's SWIY's intake look like (in terms of both commercial leaf grams per, and number of doses per day)?

One day may not be quite long enough, although when SWIM was dependent he would wake up in the morning already in withdrawal. Took awhile to get to that point though, probably 6-9 months... prior to that, it might take up to 24 hours for any withdrawals to become noticeable.

Even at its worst though, kratom withdrawals were not a big deal... heavy fatigue (helped a lot by caffeine or any stimulant) and agitation (benzos), with everything else being so minor it wasn't worth mentioning. Post-withdrawal depression was what made it difficult for SWIM for a while...

SWIM got on the wrong side of this combo today - he was outdoors in public (in one of life's cruel twists of irony, on the way to the pharmacy to pick up his month's supply of Klonopin) when he suddenly flipped out and got paranoid/panicky as hell. The works, including trouble breathing, hallucinations and derealization. He managed to get back with his meds somehow, but must have looked like a strung out IV meth-head to everyone who saw him.

Turned into more of a bad case of shakes/jitters when he got home, but just a note of warning... it seems when this combo goes bad it can happen abruptly, without any warning. SWIY may want to avoid being out in public when trying it, or at least carry some emergency benzos of the fast-acting variety.

SWIM has also experimented with this combination. 8 grams of crushed and grinded kratom leaves were swallowed together with yoghurt in small shots, with 8 mg of MDPV orally added after 30 min, resulting in a good deal of more euphoric experience and generelly more bodily pleasurable than the two stand-alone. Very smooth.
