5-MeO-DMT and downers

Have any Swims you know had experience with mixing 5-MeO-DMT and downers? Things like benzos, barbituates, and such?

I ask because my Swim has found 5-MeO-DMT to be too intense on its own, but still enjoys the effects. Here are some of what he has reported mixing with 5-MeO-DMT:

Nitrous: three bulbs of N2O before smoking lead to a wonderful, amazing, transcendent ++++ experience. No fear at all. No trouble letting go.

Alcohol: if this sounds like a dumb thing to mix with 5-MeO-DMT, then bear in mind that the subject was drunk when he decided it was a good idea. However, it turned out to be pretty cool. Not as transcendent as the nitrous mixture, but like a regular 5-MeO-DMT trip without any fear or nausea (because he was "ten feet tall and bulletproof").

Valium: Similar to the alcohol experience, but he doesn't really remember much of it. Benzos tend to do that.

Diphenhydramine: he took two beforehand just to help fight nausea (which is not bad for him when he smokes 5-MeO-DMT, but is there). It seemed to mellow it out a little bit, but added nothing.

He has some codeine on hand and wonders about the combination, but doesn't know if it's a good idea. Seems safe enough, since they act on totally separate systems, so to speak, but he's not sure. Any thoughts?
