what is an overdose like?

Hey all, just wondering what your experiences are of OD'ing on speed? I think it might have happened to me recently, but i'm not too sure. I always associated OD's with loss of consciousness, hospital visits etc (which didn't happen to me) but my friend said that this isn't the case and there are various levels of OD.

What happened exactly ?

The experience I had was not fun. I had it twice (ended in hospital) . I had feelings of a heartattack about to happen and I was sure I was dying. pain in the chest, heavy breathing and paranoid behaviour. But these are different from OD ing on heroin (loss of cons. and worse)

i have od*. on meth before and adderall. When I od* I felt it was hard to breath, my chest felt like a truck was on top of me. my heart was racing . blood pressure was 158. I felt like I had to vomit but gagged a few times but being on speed u dont eat, I couldnt vomit/ nothing in my tummy. I was very hot, my eyes blurred, I stummbled over words. The problem with a speed OD, is that you cant really tell when you have OD, you may think you have had too much meth, but its still never enough/unless you do pass out/ *speaking as an addict* I would never addmit myself into a ER for a over dose on meth. Theres way too much drama involved. Unless half of my body goes dumb or I cant move a body part. 50 mg *or pure/very*good speed* is sapose to kill a person, but thats just what doctors say. I know people who use alot of crank/ice, and never have a problem. but parinoia leads to parinoied thinking i.e. *im gonna die!* when its really just you over reacting. But Im not saying if you feel like you need a doctor delay seeing one! if u feel like your in trouble go to the ER! but with me, I ride it out

it's not fun. i was having paranoid delusions (full out hallucinations, audio and visual, also delusional thoughts). i was shaking like a mad man. i couldn't really see straight. i felt extremely dehydrated. couldn't stand up properly. just general feeling of shit, and not being able to function.

Well from some of the sympthoms you are describing i get an OD with just 30 mgIts a hell of a trip the 2 first hours thou then it kinda goes to hell:P

Had them years before started using drugs) So this friend of mine brings me 4 coce-white pills for me to eat. I was sceptical(smart!) and wanted to know what they were. He said he had gotten them from a friend and he had used them himself. "OK" I say and swallow all 4.


10 minuts later my eyes start acting weird,like everything goes in slow-mo and i start feeling drunk. REALLY drunk, like "fall-down-the-stairway" drunk!Does anyone find this familiar?If so ,any idea of what it could have been??


He propoused to get some Amph(not meth like you ,spoiled americans) and so we drove to some of his friends houses (dont really remember how many houses we visited)and just talks with ppl there and go driving to a "secret place" where we could exchange "gods". No Prices! Edited by: sitbcknchill

Ah still awake. Fuzz-control getting better. I also did one gram amph at once yesterday, contributing to all the crazy shit i wrote during the night. I can't remember absolutely NOTHING! from yesterday.......
