Re: Filipino judge consults Dwarfs

TODAY, our Supreme Court was shocked of the impeccable dire prophecies i foretold that HIT the LOGO itself of the Court and 90% of justices and all staff almost in STAMPEDE due to the MYSTERIOUS fire yesterday ---------------- footnotes: Fiery Justice: Philippine Supreme Court Session Hall Burnt Fiery Justice: November 3/5, 2006 Imprecation/Curse (Psalm 109) of the 3 Mystic Dwarves-ANGELS LUIS, Armand & Angel – a Milestone in Philippine Psychic and Healing Judge Floro’s Vendetta against .... 4:20 p.m. Monday, January 15, 24 hours after Mr. Hilario G. Davide, Jr. was illegally sworn as Ambassador to the UN without Senate Commission on Appointments’ confirmation after he was twice bypassed/rebuffed. This is the first time that the high court's session hall had caught fire since 1901 [The Supreme Court of the Philippines was officially established on June 11, 1901 through the passage of Act No. 136, otherwise known as the Judiciary Law of the Second Philippine Commission.] A Brief History of the Supreme Court http://www.supremecourt.gov.ph/history.htm http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suprem...the_Philippines DIRE PROPHECY OF DEATH AND ILLNESSES BY JUDGE FLORO – THE VENDETTA OMEN: The Supreme Court LOGO cut into equal HALVES Channel 7 24 Oras/Saksi and Channel 2 TV Patrol/Bandila vividly videoed the (almost stampede) rushing of all staffs, employees and 14 Supreme Court Justices from the 7th Floor to the ground floor towards the park area, screaming, shouting and utterly nervous; Channel 7 Saksi focused on Supreme Court Justice Minita Viray-Chico Nazario, ponente of Judge Floro’s April 7 psychosis decision, beside the trembling Justice Consuelo Ynares-Santiago, while the firemen were destroying the highest glass windows of the new Supreme Court Building. Philippine Star Metro page 18 news, showed the pics of the Supreme Court LOGO cut into equal HALVES, thereby depicting the New Testament’s landmark moment of Christ’s 3 p.m. death on the cross resulting to the breaking of the ark of the covenant’s or 2 Moses 10 commandments’ breaking or splitting to HALVES, also. Prologue: About 2:30 p.m., January 16/Tuesday, 2006, INFO was received that a) Chief Security or Maintenance Officer and b) an officer of a Supreme Court Justice (instructed by the Justice) plus 2-3 employees – marched as early birds to approach the Oracle of Delphi beside the Gods of Faura’s Court to listen to the ASTRAL clairvoyant, specifically to DETERMINE if the mystic DWARVES caused the mind-boggling IGNITION or sparking of lights that pierced the most important landmark of the Court, SUPREME COURT LOGO into equal HALVES. Judge Floro filed at around 2:00 p.m. his ONE-PAGE 4th Appeal for Reinstatement based on the mystic FIRE. Surprisingly, 2 well-instructed supreme court security guards booked and questioned Judge Floro for interrogation and questioning (LIGHT MOMENTS only). Candidly, Judge Floro replied that he never predicted the FIRE since it was the long-delayed 2001 birthday-gift of LUIS (for Judge Floro’s November 5, 2002 birthday, at that time; since Judge Floro asked LUIS to block the Investigator (Ret.) Justice Pedro Ramirez’s hear vessels at a hearing; and his brother Robert said that LUIS would timely cause J. Ramirez’s heart attack which did happen on September, 2002, when he was rushed almost dead at St. Luke’s hospital; ROBERT FLORO, the ward of LUIS, Armand and Angel, PREDICTED and said that LUIS’ gift to Judge Floro is that LUIS WILL BURN THE SUPREME COURT MAIN BUILDING, SESSION HALL, but Judge Floro pleaded for modification to spare Judge Floro’s records, as LUIS burned all of RTC Malabon except Judge Floro’s sala in his 1st anniversary of suspension on July 22, 2000). The 2 supreme court guards repeatedly said that Judge Floro repeatedly told them that the 3 dwarves will take VENDETTA by burning (“susunugin”) the Supreme Court. BREAKING NEWS - METRO SC fire probed but hearings go on -- court official http://services.inquirer.net/expres...-43750-xml.html January 16, 2007, Updated 15:35:52 (Mla time), Tetch Torres, INQUIRER.net A TEAM from the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has inspected the damage that was caused by a fire inside the Supreme Court's session hall on Monday, a representative from the Office of the Chief Justice said Tuesday. Midas Marquez said the team would be drafting an evaluation report before reconstruction could start. "We have to wait for the GSIS evaluation report before proceeding with the plans of rehabilitating the session hall," Marquez said. Funds from the rehabilitation will come from GSIS funds -- being the high court's insurer. This is the first time that the high court's session hall had caught fire. A few years back, the Department of Justice (DoJ) had also caught fire, and was prevented from spreading to the Supreme Court. Marquez could not give an immediate estimate of the damage. "But I don't think it’s much because it’s only water damage and only one curtain caught fire," he said. The fire however failed to disrupt court activities, with the justices holding their first en banc session for this year at their lounge on the seventh floor."The en banc room is intact but it's still wet so they temporarily moved to the 7th floor," Marquez said. Meanwhile, oral arguments on a land dispute in Quezon City on January 30 will push through and will be held at the high court's session hall at its old building along Taft Avenue in Manila, said Marquez. Fire hits SC session hall http://www.mb.com.ph/MTNN2007011684723.html A fire hit the Supreme Court (SC) session hall in Ermita, Manila yesterday. Initial reports from the Manila Fire Department showed that the blaze started at 4 p.m. inside the session hall. Nobody was reported hurt by the fire, which damaged the facility. Supt. Pablito Cordeta, MFD Fire Marshal, said that the fire was due to faulty electrical wiring in the ceiling of the session hall. He said a spark ignited a flame which quickly spread towards the ceiling and walls and curtains of the session hall. Cordeta said that the fire was put out at 4:40 p.m. by 15 firetrucks. A portion of Padre Faura St. in Ermita was closed to traffic for responding firetrucks. Cordeta said that despite the damage it sustained, the session hall could still be repaired and restored. Arson probers are now conducting mopping-up operations. (Rizal S. Obanil) Brief fire damages Supreme Court http://www.philstar.com/philstar/NEWS200701166302.htm By Evelyn Macairan, The Philippine Star 01/16/2007 Faulty electrical wiring sparked a one-hour fire at the Supreme Court that partly damaged the session hall and tied up traffic along Padre Faura Street and Taft Avenue in Manila yesterday. Superintendent Pablito Cordeta, Manila Fire Department marshal, said the fire started around 3:52 p.m. at the newly refurbished session hall, located on the second floor. Chief Justice Reynato Puno said he was in a meeting in the building when the fire began. "I was in a meeting in the en banc conference room when I saw smoke coming out from the flooring. Immediately we went out of the room and that’s when the alarm went off," he told reporters. Cordeta said it was fortunate that the fire occurred during office hours and not in the evening when the building was empty with no one to notice the blaze. Puno assured that records of court cases were safe. http://forums.abs-cbn.com/2090613/Sh...d.aspx#2090613 http://pinoyexchange.com/forums/show...php?p=18252748 http://www.tsinoy.com/forum/showthre...041#post633041 http://www.sunstar.com.ph/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4005 http://www.asylumnation.com/asylum/_...53/index.html? |

Re: Filipino judge consults Dwarfs
here in the philippines, about 60,000 high school students use marijuana (shabu, there is no stats)
it is known here as poor man's cocaine relatively affordable than LSDs here in the 1970's and cocaine by the rich in fact we were told that shabu was discovered for the sole use of doctors who would take tests hence the need to be alert and awake but it was abused or used by other kinds of users it is amphetamine used in the form of a crystalline hydrochloride; used as a stimulant to the nervous system and as an appetite suppressant -------- many judges and prosecutors are not aware of its history and essence, so might as well post or paste it here as footnote: "Speed" in JapanWhere did shabu come from? Amphetamines were first synthesized in 1887 in ... Because of this history, shabu is still associated with the shame of the lost ... Speed country Amphetamines are synthetics drugs that include methamphetamine hydrochloride and amphetamine sulfate. They are is commonly referred to as "speed", "meth" or "ice" in the West or as shabu or "stimulant drugs" in Japan. Amphetamines are the fourth most widely used drug after caffeine, alcohol and nicotine and the most widely used illegal drug in the country. Every year there are some 15,000-25,000 arrests amongst an estimated 1-2.2 million users. Sales are controlled by the yakuza (organised crime syndicates) and some 40-50% of all shabu arrests are amongst yakuza. Most supplies are smuggled in from China or the Philippines. Some popular cold medications from abroad are banned in Japan because they contain precursor chemicals. A typical dose of 30 mg of shabu is said to sell for 2,000 yen (US $17), only about one fifth of its price 20 years ago. Major busts have involved quantities of several hundreds of kg. The largest bust so far netted over 500 kg of the substance, the equivalent of over 16,000,000 individual doses or 32,000,000,000 yen (US $230,000,000). This clearly suggests a large number of users and well organised supply channels. In 1999 almost 2000 kg of the drug were intercepted by Japanese police and customs. Born from a war Where did shabu come from? Amphetamines were first synthesized in 1887 in Germany. In 1919 methamphetamine was first produced in Japan. During the 1940s the Japanese government distributed amphetamine pills to soldiers, sailors and pilots as well as to arms factory workers, to mobilize all their reserves for the war effort. Pilots routinely used the drug to remain awake and alert for long periods on long distance bombing missions. http://www.taima.org/news/nw991005.htm 10 ARRESTS; BOAT FROM TAIWAN 616 kg drug bust largest on record |

Re: Filipino judge consults Dwarfs
My apologies for treading on the toes of your Marcos' family. I would agree that no US president could do much without notes. In some cases they need a hidden speaker jammed in their ear and someone reading the material to them - SLOWLY - as they are effectively illiterate. Anywho:
The appearance of amphetamines after World War II in Japan, and it's spread from there around the Asian continent, began with the military. Methamphetamine was synthesized in Japan extensively for military use during the war. Once the government was re-structured though, the methamphetamine became contraband. So it was sold to other nation's such as the Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, etc. Generally on the illicit blackmarket. Getting high in Japan became so difficult that people there resorted to boiling old phonograph records in water for the shellac they were made from and then swallowed. Though methamphetamine became all but unavailable in Japan for a time, their wartime legacy of using meth lives on all across Asia. |

Judge, please help me to understand:
What is the difference between Shabu and Batu? Here in Hawaii, there is plenty of Batu and it is a huge problem. Many people smoke Batu and it is first became popular among the Filipino community before it spread. Now, it is all over the US, and people are making it out of their houses and cars. |

Re: Filipino judge consults Dwarfs
JudgeFloro,
It is very good to hear from you again. In a world where alternative viewpoints are stigmatized as socially unacceptable, it is my sincere hope that you will feel comfortable continuing to post here in this forum. People will, of course, challenge your perspective, but this is to be expected. There was a Police Officer who was a regular visitor to these forums. Apparently he was unable to handle the pressure from people challenging his assertions, and now he no longer submits posts. The claims you have made are of a much more radical nature, and as such are subject to much more skepticism. Yet, I am surprised (and to no small extent, intrigued) that you seem to have handled this without any apparent disposition of personal insecurity that seems to plague US law enforcement personnel. By the way, I have family in Malaysia, and to my knowledge the word "batu" (which describes crystal meth) is of Filipino origin. Batu, in Malaysia (or even a few grams of pot) will get you killed if you are caught with it. |
