Almost any vagina can handle any penis with room to spare. To be graphic, as long as the pelvis isn't snapping, most women are probably more concerned with girth than length in terms of physical enjoyment. Do these "giant penis" pills actually exist? SWIM always imagined it to be a scam where they just swiped peoples' credit card funds through some loophole. Extending the size of the foreskin actually will add some extra tissue to the top of the pecker but it wouldn't appear much larger. In some cultures foreskin is seen as repulsive however. This was discussed in the following thread:

SWIM has heard of some who use drugs which makes the musles swell (in bodybulding), and they also use it on the penis. he can't remember the name but will tell if he remembers. this is only temptorarly...

pre and during puberty a drug called anavar causes "phallic enlargement" as a side effect. But you're in this forum, so you're way past that I suppose

there's also a teqnique called "jeqleing" or something like that which is supposed to help,. but no one sells it nor markets it because it's free and therefore don't have a commercial value. And with no commercial value, noone is interested in doing research on it... and therefore there are no real statistics.
