Social - What would SWIY do if they got ripped off by their dealer?

SWIdr had recently been ripped off by a semi-reliable dealer. SWIdr gave the dealer enough money for an 8ball, and the guy just ups and leaves. Now he doesn't answer SWIdr fone calls. SWIdr doesn't really care about getting the mula back (although that would be nice) but he just is pissed about the fact that he got fucking ripped off. Now if SWIY were in this situation and knew where the dealer lived, what would SWIY do?

Yeah, it can be hard to find an extremely reliable dealer that will get you what you need 100% of the time. It's even harder to get a dealer that will give you your money back if he gets you some bad product. The few times SWIM got ripped off it irritated him so much cuz he was out money, no drugs, and lost a connect. Oh yeah, it's weird that he would rip you off and let you know where he lives. SWIM's guessing he knows where you live too, right? So, SWIM's thinking it wouldn't be the best to do something to his house.... Maybe wait a month or two and if you're still angry do something to his car, just kidding!

swiy really can't just let this go, probably do a little spying and wait till sure he carrying, then outnumber punch kick bite and rob. Even if there will be consequenses, gotta show you won't tolerate it, shouldn't of let him man.

Is SWIY sure nothing bad happened to him, maybe he got laid out on the way to pick up? Maybe he got nabbed by the police? Is SWIY sure he's still around and didn't intentionally try and rob you? Probably not the case, but just wondering

This sort of thing has contributed to SWIM's quitting coke for good. He hasn't gotten ripped off quite this blatantly (unless buying off the streets), but people have tried to pass off bunk crap on him occasionally, including people whose real names/addresses he knew and people who he bought from often/regularly. It's ridiculous the way some coke dealers behave.

Assuming a confrontation of some sort was desired, SWIM would probably leave a message for this dickwad on his/her doorstep (or taped to the door) detailing what he was planning on doing unless his money was returned. For example, calling the cops and reporting the person as a coke dealer in possession. It's no colder than what he pulled on SWIY. Or if SWIY prefers to handle it themselves, let them know you're gonna catch them off guard sometime as they approach their residence and take your money back by force. Something along those lines. Just make sure the note is printed (not handwritten) and not traceable back to SWIY... make it anonymous, don't even leave fingerprints. They'll know who SWIY is from the content of the note.

Thanks for the advise! Yeah SWIdr found out the other day that he got a glock now, but SWIdr has his doubts bout it. He doesn't know where SWIdr lives so SWIdr's plan is to go to his house in the middle of the night and slash his tires and spray paint police on the sides (cops will pull im over and give tickets because that counts as impersonating an officer of the law, and thats the last thing he wants). Also SWIdr's plan B is to call the police (anonymous) and tell them that he has been dealing coke, and give them the address. But SWIdr doesn't know if the would actually go thru with the bust just because some guy called in. Also alot of people kno SWIdr is pissed with this guy, so he might suspect it was SWIdr if anthing happens. SWIdr will let you know what happens...

That is true DrMuffy, if he doesn't know where you live you might be able to get away with something. But, everytime SWIM has known a dealer like that they usually can look your info up somehow, so just be careful.

SWIM knows exactly what you mean... they think because you'll buy their product they can do anything and you wont care. Luckily SWIM just got a new guy that has unbelievable stuff and is a good friend.

OK, so this is very ood. SWIdr lost his phone a couple weeks ago, and he finally found it, and when he checked his messages, he got 3 different ones from his dealer (that ripped him off). The first and second ones said he wanted to talk to me (in a friendly vioce like nothing happened) and the third one he says he want to give me back my money. Call SWIdr paranoid, but this sudden change of heart doesn't seem like a kind gesture, but more of a trap so he can threaten, beat, steal or do whatever to SWIdr when they meet. What would you make of this matter?

First, dont roll up there with any money. Second, ask to meet in a public place, and bring friends. Tell SWIdr not to let the dealer lead him off anywhere remote, or away from people. Although really, if swidr thinks its a trap, it might be better not to meet with him at all. Just tell him to drop the money off somewhere.

Perfectly good advice, however SWIM found himself an a similar situation once and took care and had people there watching. It turned out that the instance was genuine and no trap was really set.

Obviously, we don't know every detail of your situation but it's worth going along some protection and seeing what happens if you ask me, the guy may be genuine.

(This is only based on what you have told us however.)

Yes thanks for the input. SWIdr is gonna meet this guy on a nearby set date at a set time and place (where SWIdr is often, in a discreet yet public place). SWIdr will also bring a couple friends, even tho SWIdr is much bigger than this certain dealer (better safe than sorry). SWIdr will update u soon on how it goes...

Ok so heres the update: SWIdr was gonna meet this guy, and called his fone the day before (a couple times) with no avail. Anyhow the meeting never went down and it seemed SWIdr's ex-dealer fell off the face of the planet, until SWIdr found out that he was in jail for violating parole and numerous other misdemeanor charges. SWIdr does not know when he will get out, but he thinks its a smart choice to kiss the money goodbye and just loose contact with this guy, once and for all...

Its definately hard to find a reliable dealer, unless your spending serious money. SWIM finds that buying a 1/2 oz weekly, sometimes biweekly, affords timely delivery and to the 100th weight prescision. Hell half the time SWIMs dealer is calling SWIM cause SWIm is running behind.

What you really want to watch out for is middle men. Middle men are usually, drug users, most of the time serious addicts, that will some times pose as dealers, and steal your money, pinch your bags, or load it with cut, and still charge you more than they paid for the bag.
