after me and my friend smoked we found a small zip lock bag of ice on the ground and we stole his uncles pipe and after we were done my lips were so chapped that they burned and i was wondering how i can prevent this and what chap stick works best for this

The best advise is to never use chap stick. Through experience my lips were never really "chapped" untill I started using the fucking shit. And if your lips are getting so chapped that they burn, you must be doing something wrong, cause my lips never get like that. My tounge does tho.

The only way to fix chapped lips (if that is what they are), and this is true whether they're caused from drug use or the cold winter wind, is hydration. Drinking as much water as you can physically force into your system is the only solution. Your lips become chapped when they are wetted and dried repeatedly, so for most people lip gloss or chapstick only exacerbates the problem by making them lick their lips unconsciously.
