Anal use - SWIM wants to inject 40MG Oxycodone into his anus... What do you think?

SWIM has some 40MG OC pills. He is thinking of crshing them up and injecting the substance into his anus. Is this too high a dose? SWIN is very experience with opiates.

Unless you have a tolerance already swim would not advise to take such a big dose like that... If you can snort an 80 at once then sure do it...

If SWIY is so extensively experience he should know the answer to that question. Rectal admin is about 85% on oxy i think. Why not try half then another if it's not enough.

SWIM knows the doseages well, but always likes to double check with the great information on this forum.

SWIM only has 40MG pills, so he will crush them up and put about half into a mixture and inject.

SWIM also just wanted to make sure that 40MG oxycodone wouldn't be enough to O.D. SWIM.

SWIM has decided to go ahead with the 40MG dose into his anus at one... He knows he is going to do the entire 40MG over the course of the next hour, so why not enjoy it all at once?

SWIM will report back on how thinks went. SWIM is pretty much sober now. He is a little relaxed from the alcohol, but is more or less sober.

just be sure not to drink booze or mix other drugs with this combo and SWIY should be fine. SWIM would have gone for half the pill at first, but oxycodone had good oral bioavailability to begin with, so SWIY should be fine with 40 mg rectal. it should be a bit more intense and the onset will be faster, but swiy will enjoy it. good luck, fellow swimmer!

Just to report, SWIM did have a great time.

On another note: Do any other SWIMMERS notice a vast and huge difference between oxycodone and hydromorphone? SWIM has finally realized that he really doesn't care for oxycodone much, but much prefers its cousin hydromorphone.

SWIM did inject the 40MG oxycodone into his rectum and felt great, but he always notices with oxycodone that he has trouble remembering some parts of the night and usually drifts into a wonderful sleep. Hydromorphone is a different story all together. When SWIM is swimming through the euphoria of hydromorphone (which SWIM thinks there is a lot more of compared to OC) he is fully alert and can think with precise clarity. Oxycodone is sloppy. SWIM won't swim in that part of the pool again...

Any other swimmers notice this?

Sounds like an addiction developing.... Swim always perferred oxy's, coating removed and injected or eaten, as opposed to hydro, but he was already a heroin addict at the time... Swim can't tell anyone not to use the drug, but maaaannnnnn, it is a tough road, eventually... Some never come back.... Best of luck, always!!!

No, sir, no addiction forming. SWIM is actually disgusted with the drug right now. SWIM is going back to just chilling out on a few beers and maybe taking the sparse xanax. SWIM just had the chance to try oxy and took it.

If SWIM can get his hands on hydromorphone he'll be all over it, but SWIM limits his use of high powered opiates to no more than once every two weeks. Sometimes SWIM is too busy even for that frequency. SWIM is aware of addiction and appreciates SWICrookedEye's comments. Duely noted. SWIM will monitor himself carefully.

Yeah no doubt, be careful. I never really heard of anyone being able to use hydromorphone recreationally for long; it usually turns into an addiction REALLY quick. Oxy's are pretty bad as well in SWIM's ho.

Sorry to hear that SWIY had a bad experience with the oxy. Thats interesting, SWIM usually sees lab rats who feel more of a loss of control on benzodiazepines, not necessarily opiates. SWIM means during the intoxicated state, though. He has never felt much of a loss of control with oxycodone. However any opiate can lead to a loss of control with the addiction potential, as acolon states, hydromorphone and oxycodone seem particularly nasty in this department. So should swiy come across hydromorphone again, stick to SWIY's current plan of using once every couple of weeks. And this goes without saying, but don't use daily, thats the fastest way to get a habit!

SWIM fortuneatly doesn't have time to use everyday and maintain his current way of living. SWIM wouldn't even if he had the chance, though.

Everyone has different reactions to every drug, and SWIM guesses that he needs to stay away from oxycodone. Something about it messes with his memory like benzo's.

What is a good dose of hydromorphone insulfated? I think my pet iguana wants to try putting 12MG up his nose...

SWIM has been taking oxycontin for a few years, couple 80's a day and is wondering about hydromorphone. Would anyone here recommend SWIM to have the doc prescribe hydromorphone over oxycontin?

SWIM gets oxycontin for long term and oxycodone for short term. Thought maybe keep the oxycontin for long term but try the hydromorphone for the short term. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No. They are two different synthetic opiods.

The oxy's that SWIY has have a time release coating on them that sustains a certain amount of oxy in SWIYour system. SWIY can remove it by placing the pill under one's tongue for about ten seconds then wiping the pill with a napkin, toilet paper, tissue, et cetera.

SWIM just shot 4mg hydromorphone and wants to inject 40mg OC sometime.....sklander you seriously need to consider IV dilaudid and IV oxycodone. SWIM could tell you the procedure etc....just use a clean rig and you will be fine.

SWIM uses heroin, hydromorphone and oxycodone recreationally and he hasnt noticed any symptoms of phsyical addiction. SWIM is just a chipper. Opiates are great, why not make use of them

Take it slow with the hydromorphone, too, sklander. That stuff can be quite dangerous if overdone, 12 mg sounds like too much for a starting dose. Maybe try 2-4 mg if SWIY has a low tolerance to opioids.

SWIM has experiences with hydromorphone and knows his sweet spot when it comes to dosages. SWIM understands the dangers of this drug as well as the addiction potential. SWIM cannot find, nor seeks, this drug often, but when he does he like to have a good time.

He has done 8MG and 12MG rectally before and had great results. SWIM thought putting 12MG up his nose would be a great way to get an evening started.

Anytime, SWIM forgot that he read swiSklander's reports on those amounts, heh can't keep all the threads in mind all the time, I guess. Hydromorphone is sort of a nebulous area for SWIM since he doesn't feel much from it, so he was advising a low dose first. But SWIY seems to know what he is doing.
