Question about MDMA traffiking penalties
Does anyone know what the federal punishments are for trafiking of MDMA in the united states? SWIM looked on the DEA website, but they only listed the punishments for drugs like coke and heroin.

About the same. Schedule I, like heroin, is what MDMA is classified as. And Judges can't pronounce either one. So guess.
