Nightshade

A few weeks ago I was talking to someone and he said he could get the same effect as MDMA but without taking any MDMA. When I asked how he did that he said he drank the tea of nightshade, he also mentioned not to take the black nightshade because that species is very poisonous. Further he said you need 5gr of dried nightshade for 200ml of tea. He said it's also possible from tomatoes,potatoes,etc because these are also member of the nightshade family.

Anyone has an idea about what he was talking ? Procedures to make that kind of tea ? Warnings ?
