Is your Workout for mass gain or fat loss ?
I personnally workout to gain muscle MASS and althought speed is an incredible plus in focusing and energy when working out, it is not only useless but harmfull for your gain. You will be in complete Cathabolism (instead of anabolism,which make one grow). Plus you won't be able to eat enough on meth
I'm still not sure on what happen if someone force himselft to eat like a pig when working out on speed whether he is in catabolism or not, but I think He still is in Catabolism. because he would have to eat more than a PIG to avoid catabolism issue.
If fatloss is your Goal, then just pay attention to drink a lot during your workout and look at your heart rate to not go over the limit.
