meth & workout
Ok sry ppl. Just have 1 more ?. SWIM wants to go work out at the gym later today, but also wants to do a little crystal before this? Is this ok, or is it too hard on the heart? Hurry up and answer, as SWIM is about to indulge :P

Ooooh. Tough call. It may bring the bp up too high.Though it may also increase the intensity of the work out and bring better gains, though one would be disinclined to eat proporly, so swim wouldn't make it a habit.

For future reference, SWIM thinks one or the other, not both is likely best. Better safe than sorry after all! Take SWIY's blood pressure, really watch SWIY's body reactions, pay close attention to what SWIY's body is saying. But, for safety, SWIM thinks that both together is a big no go.

Re: meth & workout
Speed doesn't actually give energy, but makes extra use of engery the body already has. The body gains energy from mainly food and sleep, and meth forces the energy to be put into action. If someone hasn't eaten or slept in days, meth would be less effective than it would be if they recently had a healthy meal and got enough sleep.

Re: meth & workout
SWIM doesn't see any point to it, unless maybe someone was lacking motivation to work out to their potential. Even then, it could result in overexertion and potential soreness/injury (not to mention the usual cardiovascular and overheating issues). It seems both pointless and potentially risky.

Re: meth & workout
For the record, SWIM knows of a guy who had a heart attack playing squash while on normal speed so would assume combining meth with strenuous excercise is a bad idea.

Re: meth & workout
Quote:
Is your Workout for mass gain or fat loss ? I personnally workout to gain muscle MASS and althought speed is an incredible plus in focusing and energy when working out, it is not only useless but harmfull for your gain. You will be in complete Cathabolism (instead of anabolism, which make one grow). Plus you won't be able to eat enough on meth or speed. I'm still not sure on what happen if someone force himselft to eat like a pig when working out on speed whether he is in catabolism or not, but I think He still is in Catabolism. because he would have to eat more than a PIG to avoid catabolism issue. If fatloss is your Goal, then just pay attention to drink a lot during your workout and look at your heart rate to not go over the limit. |
