Drug info - LSD chemical variations?

Now SWIM has had acid for a long time and understands the unpredictability and how trip experiences can vary with the same acid.
Now SWIM did an experiment with two friends over the past three months with three different batches of blotter all from different people all very similarly dosed. Each type was taken on at least five different occassions.
Conclusively, SWIM and friends are convinced that each type has it's own traits. Here's how it goes.
TYPE A: Nothing much too say about this acid, really strong but nothing out of the ordinary.
TYPE B: Similar in strength to the smiley's (judjed by respiratory depression and heartbeat patterns) however, in every case deeply affected the belief system (cuts you fucking deep, hard to explain). Now, SWIM knows acid does this, but these are fucking evil. Fucked a lot of people up (including SWIM) and has a bad reputation where SWIM lives.
TYPE C: Now these are always strange. They always take about three hours to kick in (misleads many into thinking that its weak) and produce normal(expected) LSD effects. However, these cause the eyes to tear and SWIM means REALLY TEAR, non-stop for most of the duration of the trip even when in a neutral mood (not laughing or crying).
Please note that no two trips were the same except for these traits.

The "print" of the blotter means nothering at all and doesn't signify a differant "batch" of lsd. Chances are that swiy didn't has lsd on any of the blotters you mentioned.

There aren't differant "types" of LSD ... it's a chemical. Just like their arent differant types of "DOI" or differant types of "2c-b"

Many many many blotters and even liquid these days that are going around contain differant chemicals other than lsd. Chances are swiy and friends tried a few differant phsychodelics.

but couldn't the purity of the acid also make different batches give different side effects? SWIBL has read that in some acid there might be impurities, for example some ergot alkaloïds still left?

obviously there must be impurities unless the LSD in 100% pure. it is reasonable to believe that different batches of acid from different chemists could very easily contain different impurities specific to each chemists synthetic method and thoroughness etc. that could affect the experience. however that still does not mean that the cat in the hat hits will make you see dr. seuss characters. there is nothing profound here about acid having its own character that differs from one batch to another. its just impurities playing their role.

looking at things from a third perspective;

if you believe a specific blotter to give (let's say) more euphoria than a different blotter, then that idea will affect your experience
or another example; if your tripping, the idea that drinking orange juice will enhance your experience, in a way it will.

impurities make the negative symptoms worse, and this in fact can decrease the mind-set of the experience.
