Combinations - Favorite Downer Combos

My kitten has a brand new favorite:

50mg hydrocodone (in form of Norco 10/325's)
4mg lorazepam (in form of Ativan 1mg)
50mg diphenhydramine (in form of Benadryl 25mg)
+
3mg eszopiclone after 4 hours, for sleep after the trip (in form of Lunesta 3mg)

It should be noted that my kitten has a high painkiller tolerance and a modest benzo tolerance, so kittens without such should be warned against this combo. Definately, 100%, stay away from ethanol during this time. This combo could likely cause respitory depression for many with lower tolerances.

new test SWIH did and it came out as very pleasurable:

20mg Diazepam
4 mg Lorazepam orally (4x 1mg tabs)
250mg Dextromethorphan (which is hardly plateau 1 for a heavy person like SWIH)
350 mg Tilidine (Tilidine is an opiate approx. 0.3x the strength of morphine
1-3 0.33l bottles of beer (beck's gold)
7.5mg zopiclone (1 tablet zopidura or whatever that brand is named, merck is the manufacturer)
smoked some bud

very chilled, slight visual distortions (not even near to LSD, of course, only enhanced colors and a slight glow to everything) and the feeling of deep, deep peace. note that SWIH is a heavy and big guy (1.85 meters and 115 kg and a heavy-weight lifter in his free time) and also has at least low tolerance (high to opiates) to all of these except DXM, so SWIH strictly recommends to not take this combo!

strangely, SWIH does NOT feel like sleeping, more like his creative ghosts have been awaken and he wants to do something creative.

but even this combination does not beat SWIH's drug love of life, LSD

In the good ol' days oxycodone+xanax+marijuana and then a couple beers or a couple very precisely measured shots of good vodka=good times. SWIM doesn't do that shit anymore now though, he tried to be careful and never ODed, but he got close way too many times and it's just not worth it. Definately would caution against combining downers period, and if you do test your limits slowly and have set caps that you never exceed. By their very nature mixing CNS depressants is dangerous.

and the most important rule in SWIH's eyes with mixing downers (especially if unexperienced): never be alone. always have someone who can call the ambulance.

My kitten tried something today that he found utterly wonderful.

4x 50mg Tramadol (Ultram)
6x 15mg Morphine IR (MSIR)
1x 350mg Carisoprodol (Soma)

It is a wonderful sedated yet euphoric buzz with but without any tiredness due to the tramadol.

So that's for first what SWIh bought on vacation, mind you, everything OTC. Only for OxyCodone and Lortab they wanted prescription so SWIH got to the doctor and gave him 20$ and got prescription for both with "usage as need", and with some begging, the aopthecary gave him two extra packages. SWIH won't tell you where this place this, but SWIH will tell you that all of that costed less than 100$.

SWIH also asked for methyphenidate, which is ritaline, but they didn't even know that. after SWIH explained that to the doctor what this is, he wanted to prescribe me pervetin, which is meth, but SWIH declined that thankfully.

so here comes the experience report, and again, SWIH warns you striongly. SWIH has HIGH tolerance to benzos due to heavy lorazepam usage and also heavy tolerance to opiates du to tilidine usage. (bot prescribted legally here in his home country for insomnia and for chronic pain. However, SWIH does not have insomnia anymore but does not want to go through lorazepam withdrawal. Also he likes to have it around for people flipping out on LSD or such).

So, SWIH started eating 5 of the tramadole capsules, which came to 250mg tramadole, together with two caffetine (= 1000mg paracetamole and 20mg codeine). For this time he left out the tildine, as he enjoys tildine + valium alone enough).

+20 minutes: slight onset of euphoria. chronice neck and back pain has gone almost completely, only slight "bumping". SWIH took 20 mg Diazepam to strenghten the painkiller efffect (as you know, opiate + benzo is not 1+1 = 2 but 1+1 = 5).

+60 minutes: pain gone away completely. this alone was enough to lift SWIH's mood to a high level, as you'll blissfully enjoy being painless if you suffer chronic pain.

+80 minutes: SWIH starts playing soul calibur III on the playstation. reaction is really slow, he looses a lot but it doesn't bother him

+100 minutes: SWIH takes another 200mg Tramadole together with 4 mg Lorazepam

+ 160 minutes: SWIH is like flying a bit. feels very good. SWIH is pretty wealthy, has good relationship both to boss, a great and well paid job , girlffriend and parents. the latter two know of his free time hobby. it's not orgasmic, it's just a great mood, even better than a meth high.

+ 250 minutes: SWIH decided to go to the fullest. He has a ampulle of naloxone and a syringe in his emergeny case and so he calls a friend over who doesnt take drugs himselfs but accepts it as SWIH's lifestyle. also, he knows how to put in a syringe right as he's learned that. that's just for emergeny case as respiratory is not really depressed but is going down slightly.

+300 minutes: SWIH puts out his good old football friends. he ingests 2.5mg alprazolame and another 20mg of valium

+400 minutes: SWIH swallows whole bottle of pholcodine bottle. pholcodine is not really a heavy opiate but it is somewhat mellow.

+ 420 minutes: the other benzos kick in. SWIH's feeling like invulnerable, however, he looses every tekken and soul calibur match.

+ 450 minutes: SWIH tries something new. he opens two capsules of tramadole (100mg together) and snorts them in. burns like hell. however, 2 minutes later, theonset kicks in rapidly andhis head suddenly feels like filled with air - with blissfull, soft, warm air. can't play playstation anymore as SWIH's laughing about every move and how silly it looks to him.

it's almost morning now, and SWIH has to go to the toilet, however, he canÄt without the help of his friends. he stands up and falls down immidiately. SWIH had a hell of a fun night. He got back from closet and wanted ti sleep, however, he couldn't. SWIH lays down, and SWIH's friend sets him a needle with something SWIH does not know. maybe it was 1-2 mg of ativan.

next morning: SWIH wakes up. his friend still plays playstation and has also snorted about 250mg tramadole and is totally euphoric. as a medical worker himself, he's surprised that with all that benzos and tramadole and stuff he's not tired. SWIH goes to his fridge and opens his beautiful 400ml bottle of tilidine (were 100ml bottles but SWIH put them together for easier keeping) and gave both of them 150 drops . tildine has a very rapid onset orally, usually around 10minutes. both of them chill out very quickly and started watching the same tv show they do every time after such a night: wathing commercials for george foreman grill of "ab king" and stuff.

some nice green bud for both of them (actually, they smoked pot after pot for hours) and half way through both slept.

awakening was very hard to stand up, similar to a mirtazapine aided sleep. 400mg of ibuprofine for both of them got rid of the muscle pain and tow caffetine tablets did the rest.

in total a very mellow and nice night full of chilling and relaxing.

but again here's the warnining:

I'm starting to think because of the sake of harm reduction, this thread is getting a bit risky. SWIM confesses, he combined some things that can easily kill most people, and he even took it with zero tolerance, things like hands full of Rivotril(clonazepam), Lexotanil(bromazepam), Xanax(alprazolam) Dormicum(midazolam) many grams of Na-GHB and beer. It should have easily killed him, but instead SWIM has a fantastic though very vage recollection of the night. The other memory SWIM still has in the back of his mind though, was his best friend almost dying in his arms because of taking 7 grams of Na-GHB while having drunk a liter of 15% alcohol. While a certain person with no tolerance can handle lethal combo's while feeling fine, other people pass away very rapidly after taken only half that dose with some tolerance.

Your venturing into unknown territories when taking combinations. What might have been a perfect dose for many night, proof fatal due to complications the other night.
It's russian roulette, please don't be so stupid as to play a game equal to putting a .357 magnum in one of 5 barrels, and hope you don't blast your brains out with the first shot.
