some red ephedracaps?

Hey someone who nows how much ephedra/ephedrine there is in the red ephedra caps in a small bag they sell them at many smartshops in the nederlands. I cannot remember what they are called and have only tried them once but it whas wonderfull, so i'll hope you now it
