about totse's Morning Glory file
About this person's (partially) unsuccessful experiences...
"Method #1 "Stoner's" Method ...I ingested about 10g of seeds...Low dose Method #3 "Chemist's" Method [polar/non-polar extraction] ...I used 35g of seeds...Low yield. You need to use 100g+ of seeds to get any substantial yield." I've heard of using 30g (extracted) for a TRULEY powerful experience...but 100g+? Is he just unsuccessful in preparations, using a different seed variety, or what? And then he talks about using a polar/non-polar extraction involving methanol, then consuming an MAOI? Is this safe if the alcohol is completley evaporated? Last edited by Alfa; 26-09-2006 at 18:32. |

its probably just misinformation, the whole 100+g remark. the extraction on this site states 150 seeds (not grams), BUT this is to be divided up into 15-20 doses. 5-15 seeds seems to be the average dose. 100g of seeds would likely be much too extreme. its important to be assured of the validity of one's source for an extraction or chemical reaction before actually attempting it. in this case, SWIM would not reccomend trusting the source listed above, since they are notorious for inaccuracies, some of which can be quite dangerous.
also, please do not link to other forums in swiy's posts. |

i dont know much about this, but its possible that the guy who wrote that didnt manage to do the extraction properly.
..which is very likely for any file from totse.......... . |

Checkout post #9 in the thread below for the real scoop from someone who has years of experience with the seeds. I believe the totse info is highly inaccurate and the experiments were done poorly with old inactive seed stock, inferior grade chems, etc.
Totse is a fine example of how not to do your experiments. http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22501 Last edited by tregar; 01-10-2006 at 03:47. |

one should ignore info from totse, though maybe 1 in 10 articles have some sprinkle of truth in them, they are usually so rooted in shit that its hard to know.
these are the same people that suggest smoking green tea, and thats comming from a kid stupid enough to try it.... |

The USA has been trying to find a way to outlaw MG's since the mid-60's. If stupid kids go eating 100gm. of these, they just might get their way when the bodycount goes through the rafters.
Back yonder it was said that with "Heavenly Blues" Morning Glory's, the dose was 200 to 300 seeds. |
