Cocaine: Different effects from each nostril?

Is it true that u will get different effects from each nostril when u snort coke?

I heard about this from a friend which i dunno if its true, which she told me if she snorts coke from one nostril, she will get a head rush at first. And if she snorts from the other nostril, something different will happen, duno what she said.
