Actual gr of adderall in capsules is less than labeled

I didn't know this until awhile ago, but a capsule of adderall xr has less of it than however many grams it says it does. I read in it's guide (that must be brand new) that other things are put into the capsule that make up some of the given number of grams the capsule has, so each capsule doesn't really contain as much amphetamine as you think you're taking.

They don't say it exactly like this, but they call it "Total amphetamine base equivalence. But anyway, here's the actual amount of amp. in each capsule - (taken from rxlist.com)

How exactly do you convert the different types to the equivalent of base amp weight?

I would assume the final measurements would be from substracting the molar mass of all the things in the amphetamine compounds that aren't amphetamine, from the overall weight, therefore yielding the weight of the amphetamine alone.

I didn't check to see if the numbers were right, too lazy.

Its not just the weight of amphetamine,hes converting the different salts into there equivalent of base amphetamine.

that is simply the mass of freebase amphetamine in each cap/tablet. the freebase is unstable, so it is converted to a salt, this weighs more. street speed is a salt as well. swiy isn't being misled and this is the equivalent to street amp (or more due to cutting).
