how to cut smokable ice /meth

ermm.. if swim were to add a little cutty , wat max % could he add and wtf would he use to make it burn ok and re-xtalise and not burn up to quik... (has heard of a white coffee xtal being used b4) also after scaping up pile of powder vapped & tone washed ghoddness .. swim is not overly concerned wether the cut gear appears as a white powder but ideally would like to dilute the cutty into the gear and rextlise so that the cut is perfectly even. swim can rembember dreams from a long time ago when afrend would smoke gear with him and it would burn probably twice as quik as uncut gear and he noticed that after the burn cooled the stem of his glass pipe didnt have the mega shards reforming instaed was more of a foggy appearance, he noticed that the cut gear always left swim hanging for more and could go through shitloads in a night, where as the 100% uncut he could have 1 nice big puff evry few hours or so and be quite content and not have that craving.
