Aderall Taste Sweet

Does anyone agree/disagree?

Aderall pills are so yummy, they taste just like candy; compared to any other pharma pills i have tried, they all taste so bitter and strange. Adderall taste just so sweet... anyone?

SWIM has been in contact with two different kinds, i think they were two different generic, or one generic one brand name adderall... anyway, one kind tasted like candy, and the other tasted like ass...

I wouldnt be suprised if Aderall actualy has a sweet coating on purpose. so that little kids will take the medicen so there parents can have a break from being parents.

First, the inactive ingredients of the brand name adderall pills are lactitol, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate, and other ingredients.

Lactitol is a calorie-free sweetener, so this explains the sweet taste. Why is this in adderall pills? SWIM's guess is that pharmaceutical companies know alot of this product is being prescribed to children, and this is a way to get them to take the pill if they're inexperienced with swallowing pills whole..they can crush it and put it in applesauce, or pudding, or just chew it. Might explain the pleasant bright blue color of some of the pills too.

taste and effects any way to get it out. Sugar does not go well for me or anything like it. I don't know a way to remove it but if any one does or if
there is a brand that does not contain sugar /sweetners please tell me.

I also understand compounders can make it up for you without sugar at all
or sweetners. I would guess this cost more but a druggest told there are places that can do that. But can they do this with Adderalll i don't know?

Does any one have any ideas on this?

swim finds only the blue 10's are sweet the rest dont taste bad but aren't sweet just not unpleasant in the drip.... on the other hand swim finds xr taste horrible.

Adderall that begins dissolving in my mouth while I'm getting a cup of water tastes alot similar to that of decaying carcass covered in moldy fecal matter. I strongly hate the taste of any tablet, pill, and especially parachutes, and would rather drink a cup of water containing those Alka Setzer tablets, which is highly capable of inducing vomitting if your THAT grossed out by it.

Just wondering, how does swiy parachute his pills? Swim doesn't have any problems with taste when he does it as none of the powder makes it into his mouth. He prefers parachuting adderall to snorting it so he generally does that instead. He crushes the beads into a powder and puts it into a piece of toilet paper and folds it up carefully, tearing the excess paper after. Then he has a little ball of powder pressed together in a small piece of tissue that he can easily swallow without bad taste.

Generic adderall is the sweet one (has sugar) and the brand name tastes horrible. SWIM has a perscription for generic instant releases... tastes like candy.

Swim found that they were bitter when swim first starting taking them and after taking them for a while they tasted sweeter
