5-meo-dmt vs 5-meo-amt

Which would be the more intense drug out of 5-meo-dmt and 5-meo-amt ? Which is the better experience ? swim is really interested in trying these but has to choose one..

From what i have read it looks like a lot of people have had more bad experiences with 5 meo amt..Still cant really tell which is more potent though ..Swim has only done 2ct7 so he has hardly no experience with research chemicals..

Does one predicate their assessment of potency on how far a compound can assist one in projecting vomit?

You know for having only one letter different in their ‘common names’ SWIM might think they might even be remotely alike… funny how it doesn’t look like that works out. Duration, route of activity, effects, history of usage, etc., etc., etc. are quite different.

In the future SWIM should Search, Search, Read, Read, Think, Think, Rethink, etc. As for only choosing one based on possible availability and effectively no knowledge; that sounds like the stupidest reason to chose to investigate a compound. ‘Uh yea I only have access to Draino and gasoline… which will fuck me up more?’

SWIM should do tons more self-education starting with self-education on the use of the Search Function both here and at Erowid.org, before ever considering any involvement with either compound (even then they might very well elect to avoid any involvement with either).

Thank you very much..that's all the info i needed..After reading about it 5 meo amt scares the ehck out of me and it looks like it's the most dangerous research chemical out there..

IF used properly 5-meo-amt isnt very dangerous, but the ill side effects are enough for some people to not want to use it. SWIM got bad nausea from this compound. Vomiting was present in both SWIMs experiments but that is the case with many research chemicals he has used. The problem was not so much the vomiting, it was the horrible feeling of sickness he experienced through the whole trip.

2c-e, DOC, mdma, and shrooms have all made SWIM vomit but usually with those chems, after you vomit, you feel better. With 5-meo-amt you dont. You vomit and still feel like vomiting for hours after even if you cant. Most hate it, few like it, and fewer love it. With all the other available tryptamines SWIM does not see why anyone would choose to buy 5-meo-amt apart from the high potency. A gram of that stuff would last a while compared to a gram of 4-aco-mipt or another more enjoyable tryptamine, but that is not a good enough reason to want the nasty stuff.

i'd recommend shying away from the 5-meo-amt. it will open the floodgates from both ends of your body. 5meodmt i hear is very very intense. if you are lucking for sheer intensity just try 5meodmt

5-meo-dmt is very very intense. just the profuse sweating was enough for swim to say holy shit what the fuck. also make sure swiy knows how much their taking. swim on the otherhand was stupid and winged it on the dosage so he has no idea if the trip was from a mild strong or heavy dose. but OH GOD its intense. an overwelming though of is this too much is not a good thing to have haunting you on your trip.

Yeah, SWIM and his SO HATE 5-MEO-AMT. Brings out anger in her, and lots of vomiting in him.....plus there is so much out there that is so much better. They gave that stuff away, but no one wanted it, so now it is diluted all over the east coast water supply. STUPID DRUG, EVIL! Stay AWAY BEWARE, or even better follow Nagognog2's advice.

for SWIM its really different thing:hate 5-meo-dmt who brings him anxiety and loves 5-meo-AMT that brings empathogen and euphoric potential.
in low doses.high doses made him sick too!

SWIM only needs DMT. 5-meo-dmt is like, "I can't believe its not butter!" SWIM thinks 5-meo-amt is part of a new class of drugs that just make you feel horrible ... but the colors!

I guess SWIM ment a new form of user ... pain for effect? regardless SWIM was offered 5-meo-amt from SWSM who wanted to get rid of 100mg for cheap which was passed over ... SWIM got a pizza. Right now SWIM has organics and one good source for indoles ... SWIM never could find a reliable source for DOC, 2C-E ... only 2C-I way back when 2C-I was found at the top of a Goggle search.

SWIM wonders if the blood clot from a genetic disorder was brought to the surface only after 2C-I use and its blood clotting in some users. SWIM has been told that this is very unlikely but SWIM should be happy it was in the eye, not the brain or heart.

SWIM is VERY causious with vendors and compounds now that nature doesn't provide ... but SWIM is a life Science, Phychonaut, mycologiest and festival person so SWIM still wants to try DOC and 2C-E.

4-HO-DMT will ALWAYS be the #1 compound for SWIM ... The goddess of Nature knows what she is up to, so to speak.

Got to be kidding - Swim having used both many times loves 5meo-dmt only just likes 5meo-amt. Those 10 minute out-of body experiences are quite the thrill said swim.
