Question Stop smoking with cocaine?

swim's been smoking cigs for well over a year and cant go an hour without, until a few weeks ago he started hittin the white lines more and more often and since then has been smoking less and less? hes gotta pack of smokes in his pocket but just dosent feel like taking them out.
is there any correlation to lack of nicotine buz to the need for a coke buzz?
