Interesting, so, instead of coffee breaks, I should be able to have acid breaks. To the labour office!

This pics are kinda funny but absolutely meaningless.
With drugs (as with most other things) dosage is everything. I bet that all these poor spiders were pumped up to the very edge of overdosis. I say it because I happen to know how most of these studies are made specially when a particular point has to be made. Check this out: http://www.newstarget.com/011804.html As you can see these studies were all either accepted ,verified or made by the FDA and they still are the base of actual US and EU legislation. For reasons that are too long to explain I can´t work on any of these issues anymore but I´m happy to see that after some years they are coming back to public attention. Oh, another thing: every time you look at these "scientific" studies the first thing you should check out is who made them and whom they are made for. VV. Re: Spiders on drugs
Looking at them it would appear that caffeine out of all the substances is the only one that impaired the spider from making a functional web. It would appear the ones on psychedelics made the most creative looking webs. If you think about it this actually does make a good represention of the drugs in question. Psychedelics do increase one's creativity and expand their thinking while caffeine in humans doesnt have quite as drastic an effect as it must've on that spider it does represent how stimulants can affect the mind.
