Distance Between Morning Glory seeds Doses?

SWIM wants to know, If he had a an MG trip tonight, how long should he wait uintil the next one. SWIM had a trip once on it, and took some the following week, and nothing happened, but SWIM wonders about the dose and how much he had eaten beforehand. SWIM has heard of poisoning from the alkaloids and people getting ergotism, so naturally SWIM is a wee bit concerned. ALSO, would this apply to HBWR?
