Bananas are highly nutritient in Tyrosin (and Tryptophan), so eating a couple of bananas every day (for breakfast) will keep your Tyrosin Levels good. and therefore L-DOPA , dopamin and norepinephrine. Vit. B6 is essential catalisator for metabolism of Tyrosin to L-DOPA and Norepinephrin in the Liver, so Consume A lot of bananas & VB6 and you have no problems.

sorry swim meant 50mg gelcaps of 5-htp (what happens when missing 3 mights of sleep!) 5-htp is actually pretty euphoric with doses of ~1g or more... so maybe helps with handling the comedown (much like being on prozac would)
swim finds the filler in 5-htp caps is uncomfortable (almost vomit inducing) when downing alot of caps (prolly deilberate)

aye, valium (benzos) is the best for swiss. temazepam 40mg or nitrazepam20-30mg, for hefty comedowns (or even subutex, in small to medium doses - but wont really make ya'll want to sleep, but that dredfull comedown fades away pretty quick) diazepam for a nice graduall comedown.

when swiss used to burn the candles at both ends and be on e's, speed, k, perhaps even a coupke o' trips, over a full weekend (from friday and finishing off on monday - when the shitty comedown kicks in!) swiss would score a bag o' H and would soon feel fab.

listed here is what swis personally does and did, everyone is very different, swiss doesnt recommed the latter, one has to know ones body, what its used to and what it can handle.

swiss has terrible comedowns from the drugs listed but loves the experience of being on them! so what the hell! lol.
