Trip2Night, Herbal Magic Mushrooms, and K Powder

Hi all... my first post, and SWIMs first trip report. So please be forgiving

SWIM stumbled across a website (don't know if its ok to post the link here, so I won't... but you can ask me for it.) that sold these aforementioned products. He and two of his brothers purchased most of their products

One night SWIM tried the Trip2Night with a group of friends. He doesn't remember much of it, until last weekend (but more on that later in the post). He ended up having 4 hits of it... woops hehe Everyone else had one or two hits, and its was enjoyable alround. The people that had one hit said the high was great and intense, and the people that had two said "it was interesting to wander around in my mind like that - very intense" the person that said that had tried acid and mescaline before.
SWIM, as I mentioned, had 4 hits and remembered very little. He was felt like his body had been kicked around for two days afterwards too (as it turns out he should be kept himself completely hydrated, and I'll update on this after he experiments this weekend) That was a friday night. SWIM had driven while slightly drunk a couple of times, but on the saturday he had near zero control of his balance... almost as if his brain was on a rollercoaster, AND he was spinning around in circles. He refused to drive.

Last weekend, SWIM had tried the magic mushroom powder, and some of the K powder. First he had two hits of the mushroom powder, and didn't really feel it kick in even after an hour. He had one hit of the K powder. Within 15minutes he saw worms, masses of worms, speeding across the walls. "ahhhh this must be what its like to trip out." The closed eye visuals at this point were pretty pleasent. slow-moving yellow matricies, almost like one of the M$ Windows screensavers. After this SWIM has very little temporal reference - the events listed may not have happened in this order, but they may have.

I should mention that SWIM was with three friends who didn't have any of this... only speed, some weed, and some booze. SWIM also had a few lines and a couple of beers. He doesn't smoke weed, and has only been stoned twice before many years ago.

Back to it...

One friend was sitting on the lounge watching TV, one was asleep, the other was nearby on the PC. SWIM had enquired how long the friend asleep on the lounge had been out of hospital... when he recieved strange looks from the other two friends SWIM proceeded to say "well he's an amputee now, how long since he's been like that?" SWIM had seen the friend asleep was missing his hands and feet. This friend had then woken up, thought it was strange and then walked to his bed in the other room cos SWIM was making a bit too much fuss about his non-existant hands and feet, even while a cup was floating near one of the stumps on the end of his arm and he was walking away. No one there had any experience trip-sitting, SWIM hadn't tripped before either, but he has read and read and read for months so he did talk to them beforehand so they knew what to do.

The friend on the lounge would change during every "change" in the trip. Sometimes he was a techno-zombie, othertimes he looked like a vampire, and one time he was the same, SWIM just asked him when he had dyed his hair black. As scary as he looked, he radiated "friend" and SWIM knew this - he just found his appearances comical.

At one time parts of the trip were particularly frustrating to SWIM, as they seemed to repeat themselves (and the friends reactions would be exactly the same) ad infinitum. One of the repeating episodes SWIM mentioned that the walls had taken a nice pastel yellow-green hue, yet it was arabic stone-style walls from the middle ages. The room SWIM was in was always the room, but it would take on different forms with each "change" in the trip. So SWIM is sitting in this room. A pastel blue stone wall, with a circle in the centre of it, would rise out of the floor. As it came into contact with the ceiling it stopped, and then clicked in. The room then very slowly rotated backwards, and SWIM actually felt strong pulls of gravity as the room rotated around (anyone seen the video clip for Metallica's "The Memory Remains" ?? EXACTLY LIKE THAT! except he was going with the room.) and even though he KNEW that he was still in his seat when he was upside down so it couldn't possibly be happening, the pull of gravity was undeniable. He couldn't count the number of times this happened, yet it seemed to take 10 minutes for the room to do a complete revolution. The blue wall would then un-attach itself, and then slide back down into the floor. SWIM is unsure if the wall would come back up straight away, and the room would turn again, or if the trip would "change scene" something else would happen and then the wall would come back. All he remembers is that it happened repeatedly. The room turned far to slowly for SWIM to turn it into a "ride" as such, so he could enjoy it. It just ended up becoming frustrating and monotonous. He also felt a very strange sense of Deja Vu when this happened for the first time, but I'll get onto that later in the post.

At one point SWIMs friends took him to sit outside on the balcony, his calm state assured them he wouldn't do anything silly like attempt to follow a vision over the edge. They also thought the massive amount of hedges below the half metre drop would break his fall if anything did happen lol
SWIM watched as the stars started to fall softly like snow-flakes onto the rooftops nearby. It seemed as if the stars were all on a black plastic sheet, and it was the sheet that fell onto the rooftops... it was then ripped back up into the sky... and then it started all over again. He had a strong sense of christmas while this happened, even though it is summer-time down here in Australia during Christmas. He heard sleigh-bells and all!

Back on the lounge (or did this happen first?) everything seemed back to normal except SWIMs friend had black hair. And ambient bubble/jelly-fish creatures were floating throught the room. They were either pastel blue, or pastel yellow in colour, and SWIM knew they were aliens. He knew they posed no threat, were not dangerous and also had no intelligence to speak of. They just existed, and they floated about. SWIM would try to reach out and touch them, but couldn't reach too far as there was no floor, so he didn't want to fall off the lounge.


Numerous other things happened that night, but his recollection still isn't the best. After those feelings of deja vu, he realised he had actually seen those things before. The first time he had 4 hits of the T2N. That night became much clearer almost instantaneously. It also lead him to believe that the T2N, herbal magic mushroom powder, and the k powder were one and the same thing. Packaging error perhaps? The trips were similar, and the after-effects were exactly the same. I am about to send an email to the supplier and ask why this happened.

Thanks to everyone for putting up with this long post - it was very theraputic to get it all out and helped sort out my own brain hehe

needless to say, SWIM is keen to have more of this stuff, and shall experiment with keeping himself completely hydrated next time, so he doesn't feel like dog-meat for the next two days.

They are DXM I believe. SWIM wouldn't bother emailing the supplier, no doubt he will feed SWIY some bullshit.

IMO any vedor selling DXM as "herbal mushroom powder" is not to be trusted. I am also fairly sure it is illegal to do so in the US. If the vendor gets busted the DEA could decide to share customer details with your government (this has happened before). I would advise you not to deal with them again regardless of their shipping time.

nevermind that - erowid is all knowing.

I've read about all the "plateaux" of DXM and I'm not convinced it is DXM. I'll have to get everyone else that tried it to read it.

Still... SWIM said it was a great trip, and enjoyed it. He will use the rest of it. He would much prefer something like DMT and is working on that soon.

SWIM beleives it was DXM, don't try getting your money beack from the supplier becuase they will feed you a bunch of legalese bullshit about how they are not responsible and all that crap. just don't buy from that supplier again and good luck tripping in the future.

Yeh, the more I read the more it sounded correct. SWIMs hangovers, and a sudden shocking inability to talk properly, especially for someone that is so verbose. Everyone else said it sounded about right too... I had only experienced the higher plateaux so I wasn't sure about the bottom, but everyone else said it was about right.

Not sure about this one, but some of thee products are downright dangerous. I remember seeing one which contained a whopping dose of DXM and 5-HTP. Hello serotonin syndrome!
