Poltergeist?

Has anyone here had experience with the numinous phenomenon of personal and/or household objects appearing and disappearing suddenly.

It's kind of like the poltergeist phenomenon, but I'm pretty sure there is another term for this kind of supernatural occurrence.

In case your wondering I'm neither absentminded or have a shorter than average attention span!
