Individual Drug

I don't know if this idea has been touched on, and I don't know how I'd search it in the forum list, but I have a theory that every single person aligns through body/mind/subconcious/soul with one particular drug.

It explains how some people can drop 2000mgs of DXM and have a spectacular journey, or smoke marijuana everyday for decades with no mental decay. Drugs open doors, that would otherwise remain hidden from view. This is why I believe straight-edged people to miss out on a large part of life, and I pity them accordingly. SWIM is an experiemental drug user, who will try anything once, and if it goes well, he'll try it again. SWIM uses drugs with intentions outside of "getting fucked up" as he believes everyone should do. SWIM isn't spiritual, but there is something beckoning of a higher power when it comes to his "Individual Drug".

SWIM feels everyone, literally everyone, needs to avidly search drug culture, both modern and obscure for the drug that opens the doors for them. A big part of living to find such a drug is retaining self-control and responsibility throughout this search.

This sounds a lot like preaching and I know SWIM sounds like an evangelist, but it's just a theory and SWIM would like to know if anyone agrees with him, and also opposing viewpoints.

If SWIY do agree, which drug would would SWIY say was their Individual drug.

ANxiously awaiting response.....

I think the world would be a much better place if responsible use of drugs was widely accepted... of course i can't be sure, but it just seems like if everyone had at least one experience with psychedelics or mdma or whatever worked best for them, then we would be happier more peaceful people, closer to living how jesus would have wanted us to (not that i'm a christian).

drugs have certainly opened doors for SWIM and there are many that he is yet to try that he is sure will open more doors... and would also for those people who are two straight-edged to consider trying them.

we know for certain 2 things about drugs: 1)they affect our brain chemistry... and 2)there is much that we don't know... SWIM personally sees drugs as a proof that we are a million miles from understanding the fundamentals of science/physics etc. or maybe there is an infinite amount of science and no matter how much we know, we will barely be scratching the surface of all that is out there. these bits of science that are high above us and we have no chance of ever understanding, are "spiritual" in SWIMs view. we can catch glimpses of the spiritual world, use of drugs is a way for some and maybe religion is a way for others... although we can never truly understand it.

SWIM thinks every drug is damaging to the body or the mind in a way... but if they let us catch glimpses of these things that are beyond our uderstanding then they are also a learning experience and can benefit us in many ways as long as we get the balance right.

SWIM is yet to find a drug that has not caused problems in one way or another, but almost every drug has benefited him as well. each one is like a door into the unknown and I wouldn't say an individual aligns themselves with one in particular, though they might like one more than the others, and be more familiar with it.
