Bad circumstances when high

Pardon if there is already a thead on the topic, but SWIM needs to vent.
Seems that frequently, when SWIM decides to use a psychedelic, something inevitably goes wrong. The dog squirts bloody diarrhea all over the house and won't stop puking, family tragedy, pissed off landlord, the cops come knocking at the door and make SWIM paranoid, the plumbing backs up, the fish tank leaks. THIS SHIT ALWAYS HAPPENS WHEN SWIM DECIDES TO TRIP !
Anyways, this is a new low.

So SWIM gets off work and decides to take some 5meoMIPT - about 7 mg in a gelcap. Pops it, and nothing at t1.5. Figuring on the gelcap was taking some time to dissolve, SWIM decided to mix up some kava. 3tablespoons in the blender with water and a teaspoon of canola oil as an emulsifier. Well, SWIM blenderized the root like SWIM had done many times before, and took a big swallow. Something, however, was not right. SWIM felt a rush of nausea like none ever experienced before acccompanied by this sickening taste, and suddenly most of the kava along with mostly digested stomach contents were on the wall opposite SWIM. This was followed by about 20 minutes of dry heaves before SWIM could take a break.
Then the 5meoMIPT kicked in, and a whole new world of enhanced nausea and vomiting continued. Through all of this, SWIM could not figure out the problem. SWIM had taken this dose many times before with predictable results every time, so the nausea made no sense. And that horrid taste of greasy armpit was eminating from deep inside SWIMs gut and would not pass.
Then SWIM discovered that the bottle of oil that SWIM used for the kava was recycled frying oil ! That taste lingered for the next 24hrs. SWIM felt very stupid, and it ruined the whole experience. It took hours for the nausea to subside.
For the record, 5MEOMIPT is an excellent enhancer of nausea, and really did a good job of frequently reminding SWIM that SWIMs stomach was coated with really old recycled frying canola oil. What SWIMs imagination did with this all night until the 5meomipt wore off is best forgotten.
