Non-bubbly fluid

Ok, swim has just created a clever little water pipe. Problem is, its small enough so that the water can bubble up into the mouth peice and into the user's mouth. Does anyone know of an alternative fluid that will bubble less than water and won't go bad?

The only thing I know of with a lower visocity than water is alcohol, which swim doesn't want for 2 reasons: THC is alcohol soluable, and he doesn't want to smoke out of an active BOMB.
