first off i need to let you know that there will be stronge language used. I know the rules but, as for right now i am going to ignore them. ( i hope you all will understand why. )
so i want to appoligize first for the bad language and if this post offends any you.

PLEASE keep reading. this might be a long one.

also i am going to put this in a quote.

I do not care at all if you give me negative REP. points for this post. you can give me hundresds and even report this as a bad post. i just do not care. ( you WILL - i hope- understand.

a little background first. i have known this girl/woman for around 14 years. we have NEVER had sex but, we go out all the time together and, i/we even sleep in the same bed sometimes. she means the world to me and, i would do anything for her or any of my friends.


so, now the situation that i need to get off my chest.

last night at around 2 am i got a call from H. she was balling her eyes out and i could hardly understand her. she just asked me to come and get her. i knew that something very bad must have happened cause she know that i have to wake up at 4 am.
so i tried to get her to tell me what is wrong and she just said PLEASE come get me. i ask are you alright?
again she said PLEASE come and get me. now i am very concerned for her and her saftey. i ask her where she is and then told her to go to a place called first ave night club and told her i would be there in 20 minutes.
i got in my car ( it is about a 20 mile drive ) and made it to the club in 18 minutes. when i got there she came running up to me and grabed me and was crying hysterical she wouldn't let me go. after about 5 or so minute i said H. what happened, what is worng. she asked for a cig. and started to smoke it and i noticed that she was shaking real bad.
she began to tell me that after the bar had closed she started to walk to her car when a man grabed her. this is when my heart sank. she told me that he dragged her to a spot and raped her. right then i got so ficking pissed that i almost lost it but, somehow i keeped it togther and gave her a big hug and this time i did not let go for at least ten minutes. i asked if she knew the guy. she said she did not and had never seen him before. by this time i was so fucking pissed i had to calm down or who knows what would have happened.
i then asked her if he hurt you in any other way and she said she was fine. but very shaken. i asked her if you see him or did you see where he went. no she said. after about 20 minutes we walked around looking for the fucker but she could not see him. at about 3:15 we called the police i told them what had happened and where we were.
with in 1 minute the police were there and started to asked question to both of us. after a little while, about 20 minute a female officer came and said we need to do a rape test. she agreed but, only if i went with them. when we got to the hospital she had a rape test taken and her undies were taken as evidence. during the time the test was taking place i was questioned about my where abouts and if i would give then blood to confirne that i did not do it. i found that a little odd but, i gave them a saliva sample for DNA.
the time now was about 4:30 am i called work and let them know what had happened and said i would get there as soon as i could get there.
at about 5:30am the police had gotten some street video survalance tapes that they wanted to have her look at to see if she could point him out. the tape did not help, she could not see to much ( low quality ). they got a description of the man and of the tatoos he had. they then asked her to come back today or tomarrow to look at bar survalance tapes to see if they showed him. she is going in tomarrow to look and i will be there with her.

at about 6:30 of 7 am an officer asked her if she felt safe with me and if she wanter me to take her home. of course she said yes.
she was so shaken that i suggested that i take the day off and spend it with her. she said i did not need to do that. we got back to my house and she right away took a shower. i then called work and said i was on my way but i am bringing somebody with me. they understood why.

so tonight i am thinking about having her go out with me and look for the fucking ass hole who did this to her.
the problem is, is if i were to find him i'd prolly dam near kill him and i would not care.

you do not know how ficking pissed off i was and am still. she has all day been out of reach. i am very worried for her. i think she will be staying with me for a while. i know she is going to need to talk to sombody about this.

god dam son of a bitch i WANT to find this fucker and fucking break his head. he had better hope the police find him before i do..

ok i feal a little better now.

jesus that sounds like a bad situation. but does H want you to beat him down? you may want to find out, first. and do you think you could take this guy if it came down to it? i know exactly what you're going through right now, but a savage beatdown may not be the best answer. it would certainly be a great short term solution, but you dont want to end up getting assault charges if they pick this guy up and he points you out as the guy that broke his jaw or something. so i guess whatever you do, think it through carefully and good luck. my condolences man, this is a really bad situation.

right now i do not care.
i weight 277 pounds and am very strong.
the problen is, is that i am not a violent person. if i were to find him i know that the right thing to do would be to follow him and call the police but rage sometimes blocks common scence and i really don't know what to do.

as for H. man, she has not said a word all day she still has not slept and i really do not know if she would wan me to beat the living life out of him.
what happened to her is going to stay with her for the rest of her life. what ever happens to him. i mean, what 10, 20 years in jail. that is not a lifetime of living this event
