Gardening
As there is no designated gardening section, so I'll post Swim's prediciment here.
Swim is starting his second term of college this year and is considering growing some plants that have psychoactive chemicals. He doesn't know what yet but he's leaning towards Morning Glory vines or Mushrooms. He would like to grow Salvia but as it's soon to be criminalised in Ireland he has few choices in alternatives. So, any advice you could give me to pass on to him would be greatkly appreciated. |

I would go for Morning Glories. They're almost considered weeds and will grow in spite of you. I just discovered a patch of them right outside my house the other day.
For info on growing, check out Glory Grower's Guide ( http://drugs-forum.com/forum/showthr...+glory+growing ), I found it to be extremely useful. Poppies are an excellent option too, if it's your thing. Just did a quick google search 'cause I'm bored and I came up with this message board ( http://opium.poppies.org/index.php?a...&CODE=01&CID=5 ) and a guide on growing/harvesting ( http://www.shroomery.org/forums/show...ge=0&fpart=all ). PS does anybody know why using [url= tags doesn't work anymore or is it just me? Last edited by StigmataLectron; 30-08-2006 at 03:25. |

No, Swim hate the opiates with a passion, and he accets the hoipocrasy. He is more intersted in the Ethnobotanicals, and has even found a supplier for a Salvia plant. Although he is unsure of the legality in transporting it what with the impending ban. Got advice?
And StigmataLectron, Swmi's Grandmother grows Mornign Glorys so he is alright for them. |

With Salvia, you really want to go for a year round warm-ish weather, like 5-40 degrees celcius, or 15-30 ideally. Not sure about what to do with the ban though...
