Ordering online?

I'm considering ordering Kratom, Morning Glory seeds, and Salvia fromedited to the PO Box at my university, and I was wondering if you guysthink that's a wise idea? Would my purchase be monitered and inspected by university or police officials and would there be any interrogations and visitations to verify that I'm going to use them for incense, etc. as opposed to consuming them?
