Opinions - OTC in the US? need recommendationz :-/

After some harsh run-ins with family members/friends and their "interventions", SWIM needs to watch her back. No illegal anything for awhile, and she is really bored.

What SWIM really needs to do tonight, is make a trip up to Wallgreens and purchase something OTC... SWIM read a few posts but realizes that half of the substances mentioned are not available in the US.

Do ya have any recommendations? Brand names would be great... Just so SWIM can quickly make the travel to Walgreens and return without standing there reading ingredient labels for an eternity, trying to find the long chemical name.

This is kind of a weird post, I guess- I'm sorry... SWIM just doesn't know what kind of OTC meds are even available -
SWIM prefers opiate-like effects.

But even stimulants would be cool - anything with an easy name to locate. - Variety is the spice of life, yes?

Grab a bottle of Robitussin Cough Gels; take all twenty. Or 15 to start off, then is swiy likes the trip the extra 5. This is probably the most popular OTC recreational drug, and one of swims personal favorites.

As for stimulant, swim once broke open a Benzedrex inhaler, stuffed the cotton rod inside of two empty gel caps and took them. Effects were somewhat similar to methamphetamine.

Some people abuse benadryl and dramamine, which are deleriants and are rarely enjoyable. Look up some info on all these before swiy trys them of course.

Cold water extraction on some pain meds. Nurofen plus over here, not sure what brands contain codeine over where SWIY lives. But yea a cold water extraction on any product which contains codeine, and either ibuprofen, aspirin or paracetamol (and caffeine but thats not ideal) can be cold water extracted to get reasonably pure codeine. UTFSE to find a thread on it if your interested.
Another option would be to do DXM which comes in either pills (robotussin cough gells as discussed above) or vicks formula 44 or robotussin max strength cough syrup. SWIM would dose at maybe 150mg first (around 1 bottle of vicks formula 44) to see if SWIY likes it.
(IMPORTANT- avoid the product Coricidin Cough and Cold as it can cause irreverible organ damage when taken in high doses).

SOOOO many threads on this, UTFSE plus prescripton, the question was about US otc, Codeine is not OTC in the US, your options are at a walgreens, DXM, Stimulants (caffeine, ephedrine, puesdo) Forget about benadryl thats junk... but there are many more legal ethnos, swim likes them but cant get them at walgreens, order some salvia, kratom, kava kava... those are all nice.
