Buying Bulk chemicals overseas

If Swim had found a website that sells bulk chemicals (amphetamines, opiates) what would could happen if he orders a few grams and get them delivered at home? I mean, can he be arrested? be under vigilance?

Swim lives in a EU country (not the UK)

if its bulk, and they are scheduled, swiy could possibly get arrested. but then he hears that the EU isnt as harsh on drug offenders as the US is. swim is speaking from a US perspective. it sounds pretty risky though. swim would like to hear what european members of the community have to say about this, he's interested in how these kinds of things would be treated with under EU law.

It is bulk but it wouldn't be more than 10 grams of the stuff.

The source is a legal lab that sells drugs for medical-pharmaceutical use, although they didn't ask swim much, he just said he worked for a chemical company.

If after receiving the package swim gets a knock at the door swim could easily throw the stuff down the toilet but anyway he is interested about wether or not he is breaking any law.

I think in the UK if you are caught with some illegal drug, you just get a ticket provided there is no evidence of trafiking. I don't know what happens if you buy illegal chemicals. Any EU citizens please help

In the US: If customs opens the pack and finds the illegal goodies they'll either 1.) take 'em, put your name on a list and you'll never get a package or hear anyting or 2.) They'll setup a controlled delievery and once you sign for it and expect a knock the door VERY soon.....

I don't see why the EU wouldn't do the same thing......Of course there are things you can do to be a little more careful when receiving packages, which the average online buyer has probably heard tons-o-times......


The law is the law, it comes to the over all feeling of society/L.E. about enforcing drug policies.....Which the EU seems to be more laxed than the US

Obviously it would depend on the laws of the specific country as to what is legal & not, but if substances on the list are controlled in SWiYour country then of course SWiY would be breaking the law! Several in fact! Importing controlled substances without a license, possession of controlled substances, possibly possession with intent to supply, which can be implied if more than a certain amount is in someones possession. This is just daft! Do not trust a vendor that is willing to supply controlled substances in this manner. It is asking to be either ripped off or busted.

Thanks Mickelmouse, it does seem too risky to go on with it. If something is too good to be true it is probably not true.

I'll second that: And add this - Any so-called company that says they will ship an illegal (in your nation) substance to you most certainly will be glad to take your order and your money. The order will likely go in the trash. The money will go in their pocket. I mean, what are you going to do? Call the police? Ahahahahaha!!

A friend of SWIMs went a long way towards aquiring legaly ketamine from japan. but just before handing over his money they required a fax of his vetinary certification, which of course to a vet would be no problem but to SWIMs friend was un do able, unless SWIY does infact work for a chemical company, has a good friend who does or can forge documents well (a crime in itself in most places) SWIM would stay clear. To expand on raedons comment,
law enforcement, police, drugs squad, 5 0 check this site and aparently post here, thus raedon or SWIraedon has the opinion that SWIYs chances of success ragarding importing illegaly controlled substances are less than they were before this thread began.
It would seem that raedon or someomne other than raedon has heard of a job opening that Zamu69 or someone other than him might find usefull in the near future, to help replace any monies lost on this little venture, or possable monies not gained due to the failure of this venture.

in the US if a swim does anything like that and a postman rigns your doorbell or wants you to come to the post office do not do it.
do not sign for anything. once you do and it is something that might be illegal. you agreed to take possesion of said product. and chances are you will be busted. so do not sign for anything. just take the loss and say i have no idea what that is so , i am not going to sigh for it.
