My favorite scene was with a Libertarian lawyer who came to a rock concert benefit for MassCANN. He started screaming that the music was hurting his ears and must be turned down. One of the band The 360's smashed his guitar on the stage - and a chunk hit Mister Lib Lawyer in the head. He screamed "Lawsuit! I'll sue you people for this! I want my money NOW!"

It was worse - he acted as an attorney for MassCANN and pissed-off anyone who thought of joining so bad* - the membership dropped and it died. From 50,000 people dancing in the rain on Boston Common smoking u-know-what - to zilch - nearly overnight.

* He demanded Bongo call him with some info he wanted. Bongo did. Libertarian-Man told Bongo it was five minutes passed five and his office was closed - and Bongo was now going to be sued for bothering him. No shit. It's real....Bongo told him to go shove it up his wide-open orifice.

Hence the quality being on the 'y' access in the political compass. The political compass separates the social values from the economic ones, so for libertarianism vs. authoritarianism only the social viewpoints are considered.

Baby - these things drift from hour to hour. That puzzle does nothing other than reinforce a given moment in time for those gullible enough to swallow same. It's a fun little game to play - like Tarot Cards - but should be considered as just that: A fun little game.

lol, I'm not taking it seriously, its just an interesting way of expressing a person's political viewpoint.

I don't see how I could end up selling flowers at the airport though, unless the libertarian party set up a system of mind control through the website and is waiting to push the button to make us all their drones to sell millions of dollars worth of flowers at airports to fund their evil schemes.

Guys, the way this website uses "libertarian" is meant to be divorced from the U.S. "Libertarian" party. It describes standing on social issues -- economic viewpoint is indicated via "left" or "right". Someone testing here as Libertarian Left would not be registered as Libertarian Party, but -- for instance -- as a Democratic Socialist or Green.

Do people think "liberty" when they hear the word libertarian? Seems like everyone claim to be a libertarian when I bring it up, but noone knows what the hell it really means. I'm not sure I do either, but then again I don't claim to be a libertarian.

What the hell does libertarian actually stand for in exact words??

ok maybe the labels are associated with facism as you say, but what they represent isn't. Did you look at the survey and read the questions? The ones that would seem to point you towards the libertarian (freeeeeeee) side don't seem facist to me.

The test is British. It may be that Britain is closer to America politically than Europe but I wouldn't know as I don't follow her domestic politics so much.

I think the test is just supposed to be an appoximation for Western countries in general though.
