Salvia divinorum DOES form seeds!

The latest issue of Ethnogen Review magazine (their current free sample online issue) has an article on Salvia forming seeds. They have absolute proof including a photo of a Salvia seed published by the University Of California. Seed forming in Salvia is happered by the fact that the male and female organs of the plants don't go fertile at the same time, making artificial fertilization (with an artist's paintbrush?) mandatory. Also only a very small percentage of the flowers actually develop into seeds. And a small percentage of those seeds are truly fertile. And the fertility period at room temperature is short. But it IS possible. Out of roughly 100 fertilized plants, they authors were able to obtain 11 seeds. Here is an attached photo of an actual Salvia Divinorum seed!
