Speed rash

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before.

Anyhow, I don't normally do speed and when I do its usually very small lines.

But the other day I took a huge dose of speed - much more than I normally do and was up for a whole day. Obviously afterwards I had a very long comedown which lasted for nearly 3 days.

However AFTER the comedown I experienced a rash all over my body: arms, legs, chest, back and a swollen upper lip.

I was just wondering is this an allergic reaction the speed and does it usually happen AFTER the comedown? The rash seemed to last for two days and then it faded away and it wasn't too itchy - you could easily ignore it. Has this ever happened to anybody?

I'm asking this because I'm scared it could be because of something else.

hmm swim doesnt think this is the case but

swim has experianced rashes due to sweating from addy/dex. It is a heat rash and can be treated easily by showering (not a joke but u sweat a lot when speeding) and applying anti biotic creams.

SWIM agrees with JF, if it was someything to do with speed it was most likely heat rash, and if sweating alot it could be from the toxins in your system (from speed and/or from other) being released through your pores, washing regularly should fix or help this.

But it was all over my body: legs, arms, chest, back but not on my palms or soles or genitals.

And I also had a swollen upper lip to go with it.

I took an anti-allergy tablet which got rid of it for most of the day but it returned at night but gradually completely disappeared the next day by itself. Plus on the second day the itching seemed to be concentrated on my ankles.

Sorry I'm just making entirely sure of what it is because I suppose im a bit of a hypochondriac.


Is it possible to get a heat rash even if you've never had one before? Because I certainly haven't and this would have been my first case. And also is it possible for speed to do this to you FOUR days after you've taken it?

Swim has has a rash before, its scary stuff, swim took amphetamine sulphate (i think, it's a white paste, smells really strong) and developed a rash which lasted a day and seemed to move from head to toe (began on back of neck, moved too shoulders and by the end of the day was on legs) it wasn't itchy/painful or anything but still worrying, the next day it was gone! I put it down too the fact that what swim took was basically a load of chemicals, the lack of sleep it caused and, like most drugs, it batters your immune system!

SWIM has used amps as a daily motivational tool and over time has developed what one might call \\\"speed bumps,\\\" which basically start out as little welts which form a head after a few days which looks quite like a pimple, yet hurts way beyond what any pimple has felt like. If SWIM doesn\\\'t pop that pimple head right away, and squeeze out all of the thick puss, it takes longer for it to go away and the pain lasts longer too. Basically it depends on how much one wishes to toxify their system as to what kind of reaction they will have to a chemical.

First post for swim here Swim at times on a bender smoking meth, drinking to much beer skin would become really dry and feel like burning and something when it was really bad a rash would start on swims arms and go all over swims body unbarrably. Swim found that forcing down some anti histamines and about 2 litres of water would really help it go away and always put it down to swims body telling swim Ive had enough shit put in me.

Swim experienced the same once. It helped swim to drink a lot of cold water and to take a cold shower and put something with menthol in it on the affected areas. Do not scratch, it will make matters worse. It really felt like a allergic reaction swim get from certain type of makeups -like schmink-.

This happened to SWIM aswell, in the beginning.
SWIM has found that it's linked to low water intake.

It's easy to forget to drink when on amphetamines, and thats a really bad thing... You need water so much more than normally.

SWIM had the same thing in the first time he tried it, it started from neck and ended on legs but a hot shower was a real good solution for SWIM

swim had this problem once from smoking iodomethamphetamine form an incomplete rxn. Started as a red kind of rash around the groin and armpits and spread from there. Best advice, it will go away after a full 24 hours or so, drink water, rest, don't do anymore of that dope if it's treating you like that. Unless you want to go to the emergency room and explain your situation, the ony other practical option is to wait it out. If it hasn't killed you yet, it's probably not going to, also consider the amount of substance ingested, like if you blasted an 8-ball over 2 days there might be a prob. but if you've done about 1/2 g or something you'll be okay more likely than not.
