Smoking - Holding Nose During Crack Hit

SWIM says that he saw someone holding their nose after a crack hit. She takes a hit, and whilst holding it in as long as she can she also plugs her nose so the smoke doesn't "leak" out. Does this make any sense? What's the point?

Well-known trick, makes perfect sense: pinching the nose while blowing out increases the pressure in the lungs. More vapour enters the blood stream.

By blwoing out u mean like holding your nose for the exhalation process?

Like equalizing during diving, hold the nose and gently push as if u where exhailng out of your nose. Do not blow too hard though

yep! i was just about to say that the same can, and is, done with weed...forces more into ur lungs (and then the blood stream)...and prevents it from leaking out...
