So it depends which LD50 SWIY is referring to. If SWIY means the LD50 for humans, the answer is "unknown" as such an experiment would be pretty unethical . The first (not very scientific I might add) website suggests it should be in the order of 10-20 mg/kg in adults.

Just because I work in stones, and dont know the average weight of a human, for an average human, what dose are we talking about if we were to take the midpoint of 15mg/kg?

Adulterants in the pills will increase the chances of an overdose, but meth would be SWIMS main concern. Pills dont normally contain heroin. The LD50 of any drug is hard to determine for humans because we would need people who were willing to volunteer their lives

SWIM knows someone who swallowed 10 caps each containing 120mg of pure mdma, and he is okay. SWIM would be much more worried about taking 10 XTC pills. The added ingredients in pills could definitely take your body over the edge.

SWIM has had some pills w/ Heroin, didnt buy them thos SWIM's friend has a tester kit, but before the kit, SWIM use to get some pure and some METHtacy, and SWIM had gnarly time on it, SWIM was rolling good on the pure then took a SEcond one which was reported to have meth in it, it was a gnarly come up when SWIM felt the second one take effect. WAS in a car and looked outside the window and felt like they were driving in the same place over and over again not really moving, then got some out of body experiences. SWIM is down with METHtacy.

But what about coming off a 5 day meth binge and then taking pure pills over a 1 on the first day coming off meth then another after reuping with some more meth and then taking a pill. Was that a bad decesion by swim for his seratonin.

Err, yes. For SWiYour serotonin (increased risk of serotonin syndrome), cardio-pulmonary system (heart & lungs), your liver, your kidneys, all in all not the best thing a monkey could do to their system.

As for smacky pills, the jury is still out on whether such a thing exists. For the prosecution - heroin is just too damn expensive to bother cutting pills with, & there are many other things that could give similar (to someone inexperienced) effects; a decent dose of mdma can be a bit mongy/spacey at times, especially if it isn't being 'worked'. For the prosecution - although smack itself is expensive, other opiates aren't, & there are some unscrupulous/misguided dicks out there who will experiment with different combinations in their pills but still pass it off as 'Ecstacy'; A Certain Mouse has watched a club full of people unable to dance & scratching like flea-bitten dogs from the same batch of pills on more than one occasion, with one ex-smackhead ready to kill whoever made them because of it (this was some time ago, & needless to say a lot of creatures got a refund that night!).

Buy pills, & that is what you get - a pill, with random ingredients, sometimes nice, sometimes not, sometimes mdma, often not. Without either a testing kit or a source that can be trusted to be honest about their product it's a total lottery.
