Tolerance

SWIM was wondering how worth while it would be to take 20-30mg of oxycodone (probably insulflated) after having insulfated 10mg about 6 hours ago. SWIM also took 20mg of hydrocodone last night and 25mg 2 days before. If it makes any difference SWIM has been drinking a lot of water.

Firstly i would like to mention that frequent opiate use is a very dangerous path both physically and mentally. SWIF has experienced opiate addiction first hand and come through it onto the other side. It's one of the most unpleasent things he has ever known. HOwever Im sure SWIY already knew all this and is going to do it anyway so he's what you asked.

In SWIF's experience 'Topping up' dosages of opiates tends to only prolong the euphoria and not really intensify it so it depends on why you are redosing. Beware that redosing with opiates can cause overdose much easier because your decision making abilities are impaired. Although water when cleanse you system it wont really have an effect over such a short period of time as a day! SWIY will be undergoing tolerance effects from the Hydrocodone the previous night and to some degree from the 10mg of oxycodone.

It's difficult for me to give an accurate answer to whether 20-30mg of Oxycodone will give much of an effect as i dont know SWIY's bodyweight, frequency of opiates use or SWIY's general metabolism.
