Pill Identification links - do NOT ask for pill IDs on this forum!

I am posting this because I have seen several threads pop up recently where people asked if anyone on this forum could identify pills for them. They also tended to incriminate themselves while doing so.

To save trouble in the future, I would like to post some links to sites that can help you identify pills fairly easily without hassling members of the forum or incriminating yourself.

I believe they have, HH. I havent seen one in quite some time. Quite some time being a couple weeks, but thats better than how it was before.

www.rxlist.com has a great pill ID search engine by imprint, not quite as good as drugs.com but often has what youre looking for whereas d.com seems to only show common medications.

Just wondering, what would be so terrible about opening a pharmaceutical identification forum here? Some people, myself included, enjoy the task and I can't see too many disadvantages in opening such a section. It would make this website more appealing and informative, IMO.

Another good I.D. site is http://watsonpharm.com/products/pdatabase.asp
They even have a "sounds like" function if you're not exactly sure how to spell what it is you're looking for.

The identification wizard listed in the original post is VERY useful. It has never failed to not find a pill or give me false information. It lets you input the size, shape, color, and imprints but you only need to know one of them for it to work. It then list the drugs with pictures of the pills next to their names so you can confirm it. When you click on your pill you get redirected to another page with more specific information like manufacturer, available strengths, the strength of you specific pill, usage, dosage (non-recreational), interactions, and lots more!

I HIGHLY suggest using this before anything else.

I can definitely understand and respect your request in regards to pill identification.

FYI, I have looked at every single picture and identification on all of the identifications you posted. I also looked at others you did not post, with no availability.

This is the problem I need assistance with... I need pictures of Foreign , not domestic, manufactured pill ID. Nothing outside the scope of legal, only identification of something I am curious about; again nothing in possession. With that said, where can I find something like this...what is the limit to what I can describe, etc??? I am a PhD, so I dont need to know what the hell a Hydrocodone looks like, no offense to anyone here, I need experience with overseas identification regarding the post above?? Can anyone assist with any real intel or information??
