Hello SWAY,

Can anybody share some knowledge about a substance named 2CIBZ? It's supposed to be similar to 2C-I but a larger dose is required. Erowid has no information about it so it would be great if some people would share their experiences.

This is supposedly the chemical formula for the substance: (N-(2,5-Dimethoxy-4-iodobenzyl) piperazine

I don't if BZ standing for iodobenzyl is a correct naming though.

SWIM's friend ordered this from an online vendor. He noticed no effects whatsoever. This is probably 100% crap.

So given the chemical formula, are you saying that this is an inactive substance? or were you only referring to being ripped off by a particular online vendor?

the name screams "a bunch of crap" since 2Cs are not piperazines by definition

I don't remember, but I know he took multiple doses when one or two didn't work.

Edit: Called SWIM's friend, he said: Felt something not worth mentioning for a short while, then got a terrible headache a couple of hours later. Dose: 300 mg

The only info I can find on this substance is from an online vendor. They are selling this as a smartdrug.

The vender would appear to be based in Amsterdam, yet I can not seem to translate their info from Dutch to English.

If someone can please identify the language below (Swedish perhaps?) I will try and translate and then edit my post:

A normal dose of ”riktigt” 2C- IN is approximate piperazine variants is doserna 10ggr upper so a dose on approx 100mg would product enough for that make that product active.

My interpretation of that mumbo-jumbo is that they are basically saying it's a designer drug they invented which is 'legal 2C-I' and failing to note that the effects will be nothing like 2C-I. Fucking rip-off artists.

Swim was recently talking to a researcher who told Swim he had just tried several Piperazine copies of some of the more popular PEAs. Unfortunetly he had come to the conclusion that they were either inactive or too mild to bother with and was not going to be doing any further research in this area.

It says, among other things, that it's chemical structure is exactly the same as 2-CI and piperazine. This is pure marketing disinformation. Does this ring a bell with anyone about a certain Swedish gentleman with a gift for lying and raking in the money?

Maybe he got a deal on some research veterinary de-worming powder for Tasmanian Devils from a company in China this time.

Seems like you could sell any crap to people these days. Would anyone be interested in some 5-MeO-LOL?

I wonder what he's actually sending out though? If this kid got some made up chemical sent to him, what was he ingesting? And why would he claim to be selling something like Bromo-Dragonfly?

He actually does send real Bromo-Dragonfly, and he used to sell some very popular substances back when they were legal. 2C-B, 5-MeO-DMT and such. Some products are active, some are not. Some seem to be the real deal while some seem very bogus. One dude in Sweden got his natural drug which he ordered from that vendor confiscated by the police, and lab-analysis showed that it was the real thing, but it also showed traces of a chemical. If I remember correctly it was 5-MeO-AMT, but I'm not 100% sure. Scammer? Absolutely. Some would say he's a semi-scammer, I would say he's a scamming asshole.

I'd say he's a danger to his customers and a menace to the whole "legal high" vendor community. Selling herbs laced with 5-meo-AMT is beyond reckless, people have died from this substance before, thinking it was another substance. As well as selling some drugs in blotter form and clearly misrepresenting a lot of his products. He gives the whole business a bad reputation and, worse, he might actually kill someone with this kind of business one day.
